Although I accidentally violated the 2-minute holding rule, they still provided me with a free retry after I had cleared both phases, which was a very positive experience, as most firms do not offer such flexibility

Been trading with Alpha Capital for a while now and the experience has been solid overall. The platform is smooth and the conditions suit my swing trading style well. No issues with execution, and the flexibility around holding trades (including news and weekends) is a big plus. Communication from the team has been clear and professional whenever needed. Always counted on Alpha as one of the most reliable and transparrent firms in the industry. Seamless process from purchase, through both phases and to the trader interview stage on this occasion. Ollie in the Risk Teaam has provided super clear communication and been. very helpful at all stages. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars because one improvement they could make would be to notify traders when they have received the payout request and have begun processing - payouts are not always paid out within 48 hours. Overall a very positive experience, highly recommended :-)
