I am extremely disappointed with ACG and want to share my experience. I successfully passed a 2-step 50K challenge, and my first KYC process was initially approved. At that point, my account balance was at $51,500, so I was $1,500 in profit. Shortly afterward, due to favorable market conditions, I managed to pass a second 50K challenge. After that, I was required to undergo another KYC process. Much to my surprise, I received a negative response shortly after completing this second KYC. I had a highly disappointing experience with Alpha Capital Group. Despite providing clear evidence of a trade closing 400 pips away from the actual market price, they refused to correct the issue. This is clear manipulation, as the trade closed hours before the market, where no slippage occurred. Their lack of response and refusal to address the issue caused significant financial loss and stress. Traders, beware.

Quick payout process
The fact that I need to wait for another withdrawal cycle to process the profit when I have a soft breach (accidentally closed in profit during news). I would have liked if they just removed the acquired profit during news and pay out the remainder in the requested date, not wait until the next one

Summary

Although it took over a week to get my credentials the prop firm has good spreads, being put on risk management even though I risked no more than 1.2% per trade in the evaluation was frustrating but the rules are okay if you usually have a bigger stop loss
