I spent thousands over the course of months trying earn a $100,000 funded account. After successfully passing their evaluation and meeting their objectives, I earned a funded account and after three weeks I made profits of $13,000. I submitted a payment request and waited 2 to 3 weeks anxiously. I finally received an email saying that they were going to keep all but $ because they deemed my trading flow to be toxic. Mind you this is the same flow I used to pass their assessment test. So my trading Flow was good enough to pass their assessment test but not good enough to receive the payout I so diligently earned. I submitted two heartfelt and sincere emails requesting specific reasons for the denial along with reconsideration. They deliberately chose to ignore my emails while keeping $10,000 of mv hard earned money and suspending my account and future accounts indefinitely. This is a trader's nightmare!! If you want to be treated fairly and respectfully and paid for your hard-earned efforts, avoid this company (Alpha Capital) like the plague.!!!

ACG have been very reliable for me so far. I have received two payouts, no amounting to $7000 and hoping for more. Every time I’ve had an issue or query with my accounts the ACG team are swift to help and sort out any issues. Payout process has been very easy and transparent so far and I’m hoping this will carry on for the foreseeable future.

Alpha Capital Group UK is a trusted and legit prop firm with good trading conditions and clear rules. I personally received my first payout successfully, which proves their payout system works. Overall, it’s a reliable prop firm for disciplined traders looking for consistent payouts and a professional trading environment.

The whole experience is smooth, payout was processed within 48 hours. Customer support is amazing. The whole experience has been great so far. The rules are clearly outlined and haven't had any issues. The dashboard and UI is extremely easy and user-friendly. I am shocked to see how AGC is not over 4.5 rating.

Alpha Capital Group is one of my 3 favorite propfirms, they pay you every time, they have a good customer service, they have MT5 platform, they have a clear rules and most important, they have a static drawdown.

For me, Alpha Capital Group is the best proprietary trading firm in the market. And if it’s not the absolute best, I would definitely rank it among the top 3 firms for several reasons. First, the withdrawal process is fast and straightforward. Not just the approval itself, but the overall payout process is smooth and easy, which gives a lot of confidence as a trader. Second, the trading conditions are excellent. The slippage, spreads, and the fact that there are zero commissions make a huge difference compared to most other prop firms. Being able to trade in an environment where spreads are almost zero, slippage is minimal, and there are no commissions is a massive advantage. This kind of trading environment is very rare in the prop firm industry. On top of that, their customer support is really solid and responsive. Overall, Alpha Capital Group is, in my opinion, one of the best prop firms in the industry. And if it’s not number one, it is definitely in the top 3. I truly hope Alpha Capital Group continues to exist and grow for many years to come.

Everything is great until you come to funded stage when suddenly leverage is dropped from 1:100 in challenge phase to 1:30 in funded stage - reason: high risk trades (which is in opinion of ACG risking 2% of capital in total running trades). Another issue is "jumping" spread which occasionally grabs you SL even if price does not reach SL level.

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been very positive. They are a serious and transparent firm with clear rules, a solid platform, and professional communication. Everything from the evaluation process to payouts feels fair and well organized. What I value most is the consistency and reliability — you know what to expect, and they deliver. I bought a 50K challenge back then, what I love from Alpha Capital is that they are so reliable as long as you respect to their rule. For me personally I have a good experiences with Alpha Capital. For my payout process Its take about 3 days to come to my rise account, I think it's fast consider that it was processing on Friday.
