I am very disappointed with Alpha Capital. My funded account 2425644 had two withdrawal requests rejected: first 4244 USDT, and then 3050 USDT. I provided screenshots of my profit and trading history, which clearly show that not a single trade exceeded 1% loss, and even combined trades in any 1-hour period did not trigger the 1% risk rule. Despite this, they picked two trades from the morning and one from the night to claim a violation. Is that even trading, or a joke? The 1% loss per hour rule was clear and easy to follow. However, the cool-off period rule is extremely complicated and unclear. I could not understand how it works, when it applies, or what triggers a violation. This rule seems to exist only to reject payouts, as it makes no logical sense, has no proper structure, and is impossible to follow. Yet my account was disqualified and my withdrawals were rejected. This is unfair and non-transparent. I hope this review helps others be aware and encourages Alpha Capital to implement clear, logical, and fair rules for traders.

I requested 10k profit on 25k account they said I was using toxic strategy that didn’t even exist and they gave me only 25% and got banned from alphacapital btw, as soon as I started questions in discord they banned me immediately

My experience with this prop firm has been terrible. I've come from other firms that were much better and offered superior support. I bought a $10,000 account and traded it for two or three days, but my daughter got sick, and I had to disconnect until I resolved the situation. Today, I returned to find that my account had been marked as inactive due to inactivity since yesterday. I understand my responsibility and fault, but I contacted support to see if they could do anything for me (my account is only down -0.5% with only two trades, and it's only been one extra day), and they flatly told me there was nothing they could do and that I should make sure to trade at least once a month next time. The dashboard leaves much to be desired and isn't very clear. I searched for a long time, and there's no section that shows the number of days of inactivity. I know it's a business, but we're all human, and there's always something that can be done in cases like this! I'll take my business to a more user-friendly prop firm!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Alpha Capital Group so far. Their challenge pricing is fair and competitive, and the trading conditions are smooth and trader-friendly. Payouts are processed on time, provided the rules are clearly read and followed—which I really appreciate because the rules themselves are straightforward and practical. Unlike many other prop firms, there are no unnecessary restrictions such as minimum profitable days or limits on the number of trades per day. The support team deserves special mention. Their responses are quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with Alpha Capital Group and my experience with them has been excellent.

So far not a single issue with ACG. Been funded for 2 years now. Everything settled within 48 hours for me always during these two years. I recommend especially for new traders their 10k swing evaluation for only 40usd which when funded gives you the ability to execute orders even within news releases.
