I was denied $14,316 worth of profits. Here’s what happened: I got funded with a $200,000 account, and I successfully completed a payout. After the payout, the account was marked as inactive. I know the rules regarding the $300,000 max capital and using the same strategy — I’m fully aware of that. I withdrew all the profits, which I assumed would lead to the account being closed — and I was totally fine with that. Then I was asked to do an interview. According to their own Discord server, these interviews are supposed to be completely random (I have a screenshot of that too). So I went along with it. After requesting my payout, the account showed as inactive — which I can also prove. Then I got funded with another $200,000 account. I started trading, assuming the previous account was closed after payout — since it said inactive and I had withdrawn all profits. I traded the new $200,000 account up to a payout request, and then I received the same email. At this point, it started to feel suspicious. The interview was supposed to be random, yet I got selected twice in the same week. Still, I did the interview with Harry, and everything seemed fine. He even told me I would be paid within 24 hours. Great, I thought. Later that evening, I emailed the payment team and was told: “Your payout was escalated to be paid.” I thought, okay, good news. But the next day, no payment arrived. I followed up, and now they suddenly tell me my account was flagged and is under review. But didn’t you just say the payout was already escalated yesterday? Then I received an email saying I had been trading multiple accounts simultaneously, referring to both of my $200k accounts being active — which is completely false. I can prove one of them was inactive and that I had already requested the full payout. After that, I went to their Discord to ask what was going on. My messages were deleted, I was timed out, and now I’m banned from the server entirely. I will be posting all documentation regarding this situation.

Im Visar Bekjiri and i am a 2 year treader! I bought an account at this firm but im very disappointed! The execution of the trades it’s terrible! They closed my trade 100pips after my stop loss ! None of the trades is executed well ! They manipulate it so you breach the account and lose it! They are pure scam! I wrote to the support and I didn’t get a real reply just the automated messages blla blla blla , because they manipulate how you enter the trade and when it hits take profit or stop loss so you just loss even when you hit take profit they close it much lower than take profit! PLEASE DONT BUY IT! Its a pure scam ! They dont want traders to succeed! Definitely ! Thank you!

I have purchased a Alpha Pro 2 phase 10K account from them. Passed both phases and received mail regarding Re KYC after they reviewed my account. Although my KYC was already completed still I re update the same. Then they rejected it and even disabled my account. I have all the proofs and screenshots.

I do not reccommend this firm. They paid me out one time & after that limited my risk. Even after I followed their rules & limits exactly they continued rejecting my payouts for over 6 months straight until eventually violating my account.

Great experience with Alpha Capital Group. The dashboard is user-friendly and the rules are very clear. Most importantly, my payouts have been processed on time without any issues. Highly recommended.

Passed my 10K account with ACG and the whole experience has been great. Spreads are good, execution is clean, and the platform is easy to use. Support replies fast and actually helps instead of giving generic answers. Payout was smooth and came on time with zero problems. Honestly one of the better prop firms I’ve used.

Alpha Capital has great potential in my opinion to be as great as Fundingpips, their lack of taking time to perfect their dashboard so its more appealing and user friendly will hurt trust, however my experience with them has been great, I haven't experienced any major issues yet with them and have progressed very smoothly through all the phases, the funded account did not take any time at all to arrive and I was given clear instructions even when I hit one of the lot size limits, they let you continue until payout so the risk team can give a comprehensive analysis instead of just that one, unfortunately I was not able to make to the payout but the trading experience was very good, with good spreads and great platform support, no downtimes experienced.

I think ACG is the only prop firm that i trusted, i'm withdrawing thousands of dollars and they indeed pay, without excuses and interview just like other firm, i know it was long time ago, and the money is well spent and gone already lol, thank you ACG for everything

Alpha Capital Group blocked my account after I successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the $10,000 challenge. They falsely claimed I used VPN/VPS, which is untrue—I trade only from one PC and one mobile using local WiFi in Qatar and can provide a valid Qatar ID. Instead of issuing my earned funded account, they offered a refund, which I do not accept. I invested significant time, effort, and discipline to pass both phases fairly. Blocking accounts after successful completion without clear evidence seriously damages trader trust and raises concerns about transparency.
