I had multiple challenges with them passed few . The firm is very good if you are discipline and have a strong risk management rules . I gave them 4 starts . I would have gave them 5 if they had faster payout . It’s 48 hours , which little bit too much, considering that your account will be locked till the payout is reviewed .

My payout was denied despite meeting profit targets and risk rules, solely due to a minimum trading days requirement. After the first payout, trading conditions changed without clear disclosure, including reduced leverage. When profitability continued, additional restrictions were applied, such as a 1% risk cap and a 1-hour cooling-off period, which severely limited my ability to trade. Broad news restrictions further reduced tradable opportunities, making consistent payouts difficult.

This is the second time that You have breached my account despite being profitable at 5% . I bought gold at my desired price and sold it at my TP , with 1900$ profit, how can you calculate my overall loss limit to -4000$ plus .. I have mailed them more than 5 times, but nobody is replying from their support team.. They have also blocked me in the discord..

Alpha captial group is one of the best prop frim with very friendly costumes care i bought 50k 2 stap and passed phase 1 and got phase 2 within minutes all. Things are good but Excicution is bit slow just make it better no one can beat alpha captial group

I reported significant MT5 price-feed freezing/lag on my Alpha Capital account and cooperated fully with troubleshooting. I provided screen recordings and supporting material (including a clean/blank chart view) to help isolate the issue. I initially declined a refund because I wanted Alpha to continue investigating and resolve the feed problem. The refund was offered and pushed by Alpha as the resolution; I did not request it. I was also advised via Alpha’s Discord support/community that if the issue could not be resolved and a refund was offered, I should take it and reassess afterward. At no point was it communicated to me that accepting the refund would lead to an indefinite termination or a lifetime refusal of service. In January 2026 I attempted to register again, but the system would not allow completion. Support then advised that my access had been terminated on 13 Aug 2025 and that I would not be permitted to sign up again (even under a new email). I asked Alpha to provide a clear reason for the lifetime ban and to point to the specific clause/policy supporting it. They would not provide contractual references or a proper explanation and repeated only that the decision “remains the same.” In my view, that is unprofessional and unethical...not because a firm can’t refuse service, but because a permanent ban was imposed without providing a clear, verifiable basis after I cooperated in good faith. Warning to others: if Alpha offers you a refund, get it confirmed in writing whether it also permanently ends your future access, and ask for the clause/policy and rationale before accepting.

I am trading few funded accounts. The challenge rules are reasonable and please read carefully all the rules before start. There are multiple type of accounts that you can choose for challenge and also different type of payout. Customer service can solve all the issues with explanation. Good experience of this propfirm.

I have been funded with Alpha 200k, and getting 2 payouts streamless and withing 48hrs, its a great firm and providing the best trading conditions in the market. I have started another 200k thanks to PFM i got free same size using match code.

Alpha capital group UK, has denied me payment of over 35,700 dollars this year and they have gone ahead to breach my account 2063413 manually. They went ahead to impose a 1% risk rule on me, and a 1 hour cool off rule which they said was temporary as it wasnt in the agreement. Recently, i made 9417 dollars and they decide to continue denying me payment and even breach my account manually because i placed 2 trades within 1 hour, one trade lost 700 dollars and the second entry has a stoploss of 1158 dollars totalling to a total risk of 1858 dollars within 1 hour. My account balance was 206000 dollars meaning, 1% risk was 2000 dollars so all my trades where with in the one 1% risk rule.
