The spread is great, customer service is good and the average payout period is about 2 days after the request withdrawal. But there is a rule that i dont quite like about it. The rule is news restrictions, for the news that restrict trading commodities are too many, and even though the news in europe countries also restrict. So it’s difficult to monitor and avoid.

Since I've been trading with Alpha I've received a couple payout and I had no problem receiving my funds, all you have to do is stay within the rules. Customer service was great as well they ensure I was made aware of the processing time and that if there is a delay they'll update me about it.

They stated that i violated their news rule
Summary
They claimed that i violated their news rule for speeches, I'm trading Xauusd and they said i violated BOE gov Baily speech (gbp news). They used a estimated time window that all speeches normal last and not the time that that exact speech lasted. I texted support asking them to send me the time that they have recorded for when that speech ended so i can justify that i actually violated it and i havent gotten any response. I went and did my own research on the speech conclusion and i saw that the speech ended 8 mins before i got in the market, but yet they are saying "the speeches NORMALLY last an hour" so i wouldve been unable to enter any trade during that 1 hour period, yet they are unable to prove the lenght of that specific speech.
