What I liked most about Alpha Capital is the smooth payout process, the clear rules, and the fast 24/7 support. The firm has a great customer service and traditing parameters, I think my payout got delayed a little by the weekends and we'll appreciate as traders if they change that, other than that it's an excellent propfirm for all the new and experienced propfirm traders.

Alpha Capital is the first propfirm i used,back in 2013 december. i got their free account promotion which was share by a friend. green to prop world. they opened me to benefits of leverage capital, and their rules taught me discipline and pushed me to grow better risk management.

their olatform was easy to manauver and understand in short time being my first trade with prop. they had god customer support to and the fact that they gave free accounts at that time showed their support for people interested and with capability in trading yet limited to exploring the opportunity due to lack of funds or financial contraints.
although their support was good, it mostly took long to hear from agents as well us get any email updates on an opened ticket.

The trading conditions in alpha capital is superb. Quite often i experience firms playing around with the quote. however, from my experience this have never happened in alpha capital. additionally, the spread here is very thin and slippage has never occured from my experience. overall 5 stars for alpha. I hope they can continue providing such excellent service.

SOFT BREACHES INSTEAD OF HARD BREACHES! and the customer support is 10/10
i would much prefer if a payout is going to be rejected due to closing some profits during an event. Instead of the profits getting added back to the account it would be much better if they deducted the profits from the payout and proceeded to process the rest of the payout profits

ACG is great in general, minimal slippage tight spreads, fair rules and little to no manipulations. My experience so far has been great on the trading side; ACG has gradually become my favorite firm. The whole team here is amazing, only ever issue was my first payout slightly delayed but when i emailed in they fixed it straight away. Easily the best in the industry and so use friendly and straightforward.

How straight forward it is, an app, a great support team, easy and upfront rules, beginner friendly, using tradelocker. The team as well are just great, i have dealt with support but also Ryan and Sam and they are lovely guys.
Prices are slightly higher but to be honest that’s only because there is no activation fee so it equals out to standard or even discounted compared to other firms. Only other issue was a delayed payout which was rectified very promptly after i contacted support
