I traded with alpha capital.. It was a good experience.. good customer service, good spread.. They have a consistency rules but in the payout on demand account, They don't hide rules you can ask everything in the chat with their customer (suupport chat).. All I can say it was a good experience

I had a wonderful time trading the challenge phase with alpha capital. They are available on the mt5 platform which I am very familiar with. Minimal swap fees. These is very crucial as a wing trader. My only issue was after passing the challenge phase, when I wanted to do verification. It was sorted eventually but it took too long

Alpha capital uk Breach my Kyc without any reason and also don't give any reason. I already get 2 payouts from them but they breach my Kyc and banned me . I invest minimum 800$ or more on Alpha capital uk but all time I fail challenges but on that time when I pass my account and want to get some money from them they breach my Kyc and also don't give me any reason why they breach Kyc . I send them lot of Emails but they not give me any response

I was trading with AlphaCapital for almost 1 year and everything was going good. But recently when I passed my Phase 2 challenge I was asked to do my KYC again even though I had previously taken many payouts with them. I completed my KYC again and after sometime they sent me a mail that I had been banned from Alpha capital for doing reverse trading which is false allegation. My trading style had been same throughout and never got a warning or anything. They said that I was risking 4% per trade which is considered as reverse trading. But in there FAQs section there are no limits on risk per trade. Also the main thing is that I only take one trade in a day with wide Tp and SL with only using half lots from what I can use. Please look in this matter. I was given no warning or anything which is quite rude.

they refused my kyc, claiming it were a third party involvement, and is totally nonsense, i did my kyc correctly and it was accepted by their software, but 2 days later they send a email refusing it. i linked my Rise account that already have kyc, and i never used a vpn nor i traded in deferents ip. i offer them to do a real interview, with camera but they don't what to.
