They have good support as your queries are attended to almost immediately. Also, Trading conditions are also favourable. Balanced based drawdown and they support mt5. But they delay to release phase 2 details. It took over 7 days before I could get my phase 2 log in details. Overall if rate 7/10

The Time it takes for customer service to respond to your question takes time. After passing too it takes a while to receive live logins details. but execution is top notch and trading conditions is close to perfect. overall its a good firm a i highly recommend them. they just need to work more on their customer service.

i had amazing expreince with alpha capital and i passed all phase and got funded very good firm to trade with and best thing is they have best spreads acrosss all firms i tradeed with and i never had slippege issue so ya my overall exprenice with alpha capital is very good

Solid Firm with excellent offers and multiple account options. Their rules are clear, and their Discord community is highly responsive and helpful. Beware: Trading conditions fall short, spreads look tight, but execution and slippage are worse than top firms. Even the raw spread account didn’t solve the issue. Something very important to keep in mind. Overall, this is the biggest factor keeping them below other top prop firms, in my opinion.

They have the best execution no slippage i got my credentials within few hours and most amazingly payout received in less than 24 hours. the only problem is their dashboard keeps crashing.

On April 23rd, I hadn’t received any updates regarding my KYC after waiting for 48 hours. I emailed them about this and received a reply two days later (on April 25th), asking me to explain about an EA. Since I don’t use an EA, I explained my trading method instead. Three days later (on April 28th), another person replied to my message, asking the same question. I explained the same thing again. Then, on the 29th, I asked them what exactly they wanted me to clarify, since they only replied once per day and it had already been six days since the 23rd. They told me it was about the comments on my trades. After I explained everything again and again, they finally understood, and I was able to continue with my KYC on April 30th. It took me SEVEN DAYS!!! After completing my KYC, it went under review. My account was in a drawdown, but I managed to survive and requested my first payout on October 3rd. Unfortunately, my KYC was STILL UNDER REVIEW FOR MORE THAN FIVE MONTHS! I emailed them and they finally replied on October 4th. Luckily, the payout process went smoothly. (It's a bare minimum)

I can say overall that Alpha Capital Group made it well. The dashboard and Experience we're so good. Even though I didn't pass the evaluation stage, this reminds me of how ACG dedicated to their metrics and trading conditions that should be met. I hope I could have another evaluation not to fail again but to pass and be funded.

Alpha trading club was the top most firm . The payout was super fast even within an 2 hour sometimes. Great discord suport. And the main important thing is still now there is no compain from others of payout denial
