I have been using Alpha Capital Group (ACG) since July 2024 and would like to leave a honest Review on my Personal Experience with them. The firm provides excellent trading conditions, tight spreads and zero commissions (with add-ons). Payout processing times were better last year, with a maximum of 48 hours, previous payout was reached today, paid in 48 hours. Dashboard is very helpful and all the data in correctly reported. The only thing this prop needs to put more attention in, is customer care, especially funded traders that are with them since...

All good. I love Alpha. I wish they can shorten the waiting after request payout. and send mail when contract is available. The MT5 platform is better than ctrader of other props.

Support team agreed that there was an error in the assessment and have approved the payment. But I need to wait for the pay-out day to request for pay-out again but I have received the pay-out.

So far the best experience I had with ACG. Best prop out the smooth process. Low spreads, no problems during payout requested as per the schedule . I recommend this firm to all the professional nd disciplined traders out there

Great trading conditions, reliable and timely payouts, never ran into any major issues with ACG. Support is fantastic, I like what they're doing in this industry and how they've position themselves for success and innovation. If they could implement payouts to be disbursed within 24 hours after requesting, that would be amazing. But for now, it's request day + 2 to 4 business days on average for payouts which is decent. Overall, a great experience with ACG!

My first propfirm was with Alpha Capital group since june 2023. i become funded trader at Alpha capital since july 2023 and received many payout already. Their payout are fast and my payout never denied. Thank you Alpha Capital group.

Spreads are unreal, got my contract in 1 day and phase 2 details immediately after finishing the minimum trading days too. payout was fast as well, less than 2 days. keep it up ACG!

ACG is the best prop in the space without a shadow of a doubt. Their Discord community is like family. Everyone has a laugh, even the owners enjoy the banter. Payouts have always hit my bank within the stated timeframe and the process has been smooth from start to finish. They have a great team of staff who always go above and beyond for their traders.
