My experience with Alpha Capital was great. I bought an account and traded with them. The spread was low and good. There were no low price slippages. More than that, the support was fast.

Alpha capital should be on top 3, they deal with their clients in an institutional level. I purchased 200k challenged, I passed, I got funded, I received my payout without facing any issue.

Best Prop Firm Company for traders. I faced no problems while trading so trading conditions are also good. Support is also very firendly and helpful, ifaced couple of problems during KYC which were solved promptly. Recieved my payout within a Day after approval.

I am holding a 200k funded account with Alpha for around 1.5 year. I received a life time payout of $68961 till now and waiting for more...You can receive two payouts in a month...I have attached my certificate with this. Alpha is really good, trading is effortless with them and they pays in time...Both Dashboard and trading terminal are excellent. And the payout comes is right time.What else we need?!

I've been trading with Alpha Capital Trading Group for a while now, and honestly, their trading conditions are some of the best I’ve come across. The spreads are super tight, execution is fast, and I haven’t had any issues with slippage even during busy market hours. I also like how easy the platform is to use, and there's a solid range of assets to trade. I am stopping trading on my funded account because I simply cannot deal with this level of dishonesty. The payment team has left me in awe and shock with their blatant lies. This isn’t a misunderstanding or confusion—it’s straight-up fraud. Alpha Capital Group is manipulating backend settings to deny payouts, and I want to warn other traders before they fall into the same trap. Here’s exactly what happened: I entered a trade on March 14, 2025, at 10:53 AM Eastern Time (ET) and closed it at 11:00 AM ET. According to Alpha’s own rules, trades are restricted only within two minutes before and after high-impact news releases. The United States Michigan Consumer Sentiment data was released at 10:00 AM ET, so the restricted period should have ended at 10:02 AM ET. My trade was well outside that window, yet Alpha denied my payout, claiming I violated the rule. When I disputed their decision with clear time-stamped evidence, their response was: “We sincerely apologise, the trading terminal back end was set to UTC+2, so the screenshot is wrong. This is a manual setting. Once again, we apologise for this situation, but the review is correct according to GMT+3.” Let that sink in. They admitted the screenshot they sent me was wrong, yet they still stand by their decision. First, they said their system is set to GMT+3. Then, they claimed their backend was actually running on UTC+2, meaning even their own records were inaccurate. But instead of correcting their mistake, they doubled down and refused to process my payout anyway. At this point, it’s obvious Alpha Capital Group is manipulating backend time settings to fabricate reasons for rejecting payouts. This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s fraud. Their behavior is deceptive, unethical, and should be illegal. For anyone considering trading with them—DON’T. If you become profitable, they will find a way to deny your profits. I’m done fighting this battle because it’s impossible to reason with people who have no intentions of paying a profitable trader. I am stopping trading on my funded account, and after posting this, I might be banned. But if this review saves even one innocent, hardworking person from going through this, I’ll consider my investment not wasted. And before Alpha Capital Group responds with their usual scripted nonsense: I know Trustpilot doesn’t allow replies, so they will inevitably post some generic, copy-paste response pretending to be professional. Don’t fall for it. They lied to me repeatedly, and they will lie to others. George (CEO of Alpha Capital Group), if you’re reading this, fix your company. If you ignore this, it only proves you’re complicit in these fraudulent practices. Lastly if youve also been treated unfairly by ACG. I encourage you to report them to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

I have been working with Alpha Capital Group for about a year now. It has been a very good experience. They pay their dues seriously. I have already withdrawn from them. They have a great support team.

Payout denied and account terminated for the most silly reasons. They are doing a good business for their company by giving discounts and not paying profitable traders.
