they denied my first payout saying that it envolve gambling but i havent trade during the news event. my trade was opened 1h and 55 minute after the news. after all they havent breached my account. I hope this time they check it properly. Thanks

I won a free 5k last year when they gave 75k accounts of 5k for free. It took me few months to pass but finally I did and also reached my first payput with Alpha. The customer care is is fast and the trading conditions are perfect. Also the new dashbord is looking good.

In the beginning they were the best. But after that their trading condition is not the best compared the others. The spread and slippage was worst during news. So i prefer not trading news with them. For funded account we should wait around 5th days to get it but i am okay with that. Although there is some weakness but i love trade with them. I think they are honest, From my ow experience payout and funded account never denied. They are very fair firm

I purchased a 100k account, account number 1802620 in phase 2. I completed phase 2 and was waiting to receive the funded account. I did the KYC through the Dashboard accessing from my mobile phone, completing the KYC process from my mobile to take the photos and selfie. Later they sent me an email with a link to do another KYC, which I accessed again from my mobile phone to retake the photos. At that same moment I did the verification for Rise since I chose it as my payment method and they verified me without any problem (they don't accept logging in with VPS or VPN). After a few days of waiting to receive the funded account, I receive an email from Alpha saying they reject my KYC because it was accessed from different countries, which is a lie since I simply used my mobile to take all the photos and my only connection has been from Spain. I tried to talk to them through email because on Discord when I wrote to them they muted me for 24 hours and I haven't managed to get help through email. They haven't shown me any proof nor offered at least a refund, although what I would want is my funded account even if I have to do the KYC while even sharing my mobile screen if necessary.
