Alpha capital are good in many aspects they won my heart which their 0 spread rule and they get good customer service, but i got one problem from them which make me emotional and lose my account with out paying out, and the issue is they have 1 hiding rule that I don’t know about, or may be is already live but me I don’t know about it. which is minimum trading days before payout. I reached my target in just less than 3 days and wait for 2 weeks to get my payout but at last after all the waiting they told me i must trade a minimum of 5 days before I received my payout and I must wait for another 2 weeks for that. so this one make me feel so bad and i even lost the account the next week before getting the payout that’s it

Over the past few months, this firm has proven to be very solid, even despite the recent prop firms saga, they are still running smoothly, no payout denial, I love their dashboard and their broker also

Very good propfirm , I recieved my details for phase 2 in 1 day after passing phase 1 , there is a very good community aswell in the discord and the staff are very good and helpful with quick replies , the dashboard could be improved slightly

During the KYC process, somehow a 3rd party was detected and they banned me directly without question, even though I did the verification myself with my own ID. They stole all my effort and time.

Nice trading platform best dashboard easy to understand low spread no slippage during news I like the prop firm and want to stay connected to their community

I've been working with ACG for quite sometime now and I have had a great experience. They are very clear in their rules and requirements which creates an unambiguous environment to trade in. Their mailboxes are well attended and they always provide quick feedback. They are a professional outfit and I haven't had any problems with payouts. I look forward to working with them in the future .

Good trading conditions, no slippage, spreads are thight and the execution is good. Very quick to receive the credential from phase 1 to phase 2. The payout took about 2 days

Customer care okay but can still improved . There's no hidden rules. Trading condition is still okay for me. Dashboard can be annoying sometimes. Thats the only complaints for me. Received credentials within hours after sign contract. Payout + performance fees direct to my wise account. My fav firm so far

With my experience with Alpha Capital Group I don't think of any issues or have log of concern when trading with the firm the only concern I have is "WILL I PASS" her challenge
