they just can't uphold commitments, very specifically advertised as payout released within 2 working days and requested day is exempt but no its been 4 days and still no sign of update of my payout EDIT: so got my payout on the 3rd day, so it was a wait time almost 4 days. i would say they gotta work out on faster payout process cuz i'm loosing out on potential trades when my account is locked

What an amazing customer support on Discord. Big thanks to Bhagat on ACG discord for helping me out with every little thing. Although I faced a bit of delay on the 1st payout, Bhagat was always in touch and constantly sending me updates and it felt really good to have such support and assurance. Trading conditions are superb. I like ACG because of balance based daily drawdown. I have completed Risk Interview which was super friendly & chill too before the 1st payout. Will update here as i request more payouts with them on the way. So far good experience with them.

The prices are accessible, the rules are clear, the support is fast compared to other prop firms, but I had a bad experience with my last payout. After my second withdrawal request they conducted an interview to verify my strategy and confirm that I was the person trading. It was supposed to make my payment processes faster and more efficient after that, however, on my last withdrawal request they took longer than the stipulated 48-hour timeframe, and they wanted to repeat the verification interview again, so in that sense they didn't keep their promises. The good thing is that they do pay in the end.
