i do evals quickly and its fine for them. funded account given in 1 day. KYC is quick, contract quick too. CS is helpful. just payout took 4 business days, instead of the promised 2. but the payment team reply the complain email very quick and held promise to send it shortly after the email. overall is NICE.

My experience with Alphacapital is amazing. They have very great trading condition almost no spreads and zero commission, dashboard is updating instantly and thier support team is ver fast and kind. They have very affordable plans with huge drawdown. ACG reward real traders who follows their terms and they never denies payout when you follow the rules. I have been trading with ACG like 2 months and their spreads so good. I trade mostly XAU and I think they have best spreads within the entire prop endustry. Discord supports are always online and very helpful. I received 2 payouts from one account and hope to get more. The only negative thing is that the payout was processed a day later than it was supposed to be. But thats ok as long as you get your payout.

I’ve had a really good experience with Alpha Capital overall. Payouts have been made within the stated timeframe, which is obviously one of the most important things when choosing a prop firm. The trading conditions could be a little better in my opinion, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. Customer service has been excellent whenever I’ve needed help — responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, I’d put Alpha Capital in my top 5 prop firms. They’ve been reliable, payouts have been on time, and the customer support is a big plus. Definitely a firm I’m happy to continue trading with.

Customer service is good, quick replies even with emails as well, payout process was a bit longer than I thought but that’s because I didn’t understand how it fully worked until I spoke to a member from support

EDIT SEPTEMBER 2026 - PAYOUT DENIAL & FALSE POSITIVE BAN: I am a 3-year historical client managing 3 funded accounts with 5 successful past payouts. Upon requesting my 6th payout (only €1,400), my dashboard and accounts (Accounts: 2917875, 2746174, 2871744) were suddenly frozen due to a massive automated 'shared CID' false positive caused by NordVPN [a. I have provided absolute, unassailable technical evidence via email directly from my local MT5 terminal logs (.txt/ZIP) proving my unique hardware (Intel i7-13700F, 31GB RAM) under a single local station . They refuse to perform a manual IT audit or accept a live screen-share video verification. They are using a VPN network glitch as a pretext to deny a small payout to a long-term profitable trader . Extremely disappointed, the platform is no longer reliable for professional traders.

One of the best firms out there — they don't overcomplicate the rules, and payouts have been smooth. Customer care has always been helpful, and payouts aren't rejected without a valid reason.
