I loved Alpha capital group because of it's trader transparent rules,very open to traders and have a good dashboard,the only thing I need from Alpha capital is for them to add 5 days payout frequency

Alpha capital was the game changer for me, why you might ask? In December 2023, alpha capital group gave away free 5k account which I benefited from and got my first payout with which I scaled up with the payout and since then it's been a smooth ride!

I bought an account in funding pips for the 1st time and I got to see the cheapest price there and I also joined their discord server and there also all their staff responds promptly to any problem. Even if there is a problem, the dashboard is also very nice.

My Experience with Alpha Capital – KYC Rejection and Account Suspension (All_Accounts_Creation_Mail) I joined Alpha Capital in February 2023, and after nearly two years, I have purchased around 15 challenges of various sizes (200K, 100K, 50K, 25K), most of which I unfortunately did not succeed in. Please refer to the attached screenshot confirming my account creation. Throughout this period, I have only successfully completed two challenges and managed to make a single withdrawal of $126 from a 5K challenge account, as shown in the screenshot titled "Daniel Yves Ango_1328382_Profit_Split." Recently, I won a 5K giveaway during the Christmas promotion, which I greatly appreciated. I successfully passed both phases of this challenge. Additionally, I received a second 10K account thanks to PropFirmMatch's loyalty points, as evidenced by the screenshot "Propfirmmatch_Redeem_free_10K_Account." To obtain my funded account, I received an email on January 21 from compliance@alphacapitalgroup.uk, signed by Harrison, requesting me to complete the KYC verification. Please refer to the attached screenshot "Harrison_KYC_Mail." The following day, at my workplace, I initiated the KYC process from my work laptop, which is connected to the global network of Merckgroup, a company based in Germany. However, I am employed at their Swiss branch. Upon reaching the KYC page, I scanned the QR code with my Samsung smartphone, as it was more convenient for taking my ID photo and the required selfie. The process was completed successfully without any issues. To my great surprise, on January 22, I received an email from Kieran informing me that my KYC had been rejected (see screenshot "KYC_Rejected"). I was not given any opportunity to explain my situation, and as a result, my 10K account, earned through PropFirmMatch, was also deactivated, and my user account on their platform was blocked. This was the first challenge I had finally succeeded in after multiple unsuccessful attempts, investing significant time and money in Alpha Capital’s challenges. I am deeply disappointed and feel a profound sense of injustice due to this decision. I have successfully completed KYC verification with Alpha Capital in the past. I have been living in Switzerland for 28 years and hold Swiss nationality. I am also attaching the certificates of my phase 1 evaluations as additional proof

I started trading with alpha capital group 6 months ago. It been a very good experience with them.. received my 1st payout in just 2 days. for my 2nd payout they asked me for risk interview. That I passed and they paid my payout in just 2 hours. Thank you!

I have not had any significant problem with Alphacapital, the conditions the customer care and having mt5 as the trading platform is a really good deal. I'll still go back to trading with them soon. The website/dashboard though needs one to spend a little time to get at ease with navigation .

I've been with Alpha Capital for over a year now, I've bought 3 accounts of 50k, 2 of which failed. I'm at over 40k payout with Alpha Capital with an average withdrawal of 2k (=~$1600) per payout. I try to be regular and I've never had a problem with them. I'm very happy with my experience with them. They offered me an account in December, which is very generous of them. I was able to make a few payouts with it. I recommend this propfirm. It's really good :)

I genuinely love Alpha Capital Group. They are fair. They pay their traders. All they ask is authenticity. I got my payout today and I want other traders to know that this company is legit and will take care of you as long as you are not a scammer. If you are a legit trader, I recommend growing and earning with this company. The thing I love the most is the zero commissions and the zero consistency rule nonsense. They are not trying to steal your money. In my estimation they are a legit company with high integrity that are looking for traders that are legit with high integrity as well.

Approved my EA in writing, sent them the full details then got through 2 challenges and they refused to provide the real accounts. After many emails back and forth I got the accounts from them. Was totally unfair but they did resolve this issue by issuing the account however, did not allow me to continue with my EA. I wouldn't have signed with them if this was the case. They went back on their word regarding the EA.
