Alpha Capital has many customers so they will need at least 1 business day until they fulfill your request. The spread is acceptable, at least no slippage happens frequently. Dashboard is clean but you need to aware of verification tabs appear at anytime after u passed both phase of the challenge. Payout process always make me unable to trade for 2 trading days.

I like the simplicity of ACG that has MT5 platform but the dashboard is quite buggy and lagging, sometimes.

I think this is the best prop firm in the industry concerning customer care, payouts and trading conditions. I have passed the 100k challenge and received my payout without any problems.

I bought an account with alpha Capital group, actually multiple accounts, got funded with them once in the past, didn't reach a payout but successfully completed the KYC process, and my status on their page was verified, then kept buying more accounts because I thought they were a serious and reliable firm as they intend to appear, now I finally got to the funded stage again and they asked me to re-do the KYC, looked shady to me because I knew for a fact that I was already verified on the page, since I already got funded once, but did the KYC process again, and today got an email from them accusing me of failing the KYC, claiming that I "completed the process from different countries" even though I never even traveled out of my city, and the only device with access to my account is my cell phone. I reported the issue on the discord and what was their best answer? To ban me from the platform, then they sent me an email asking me if I wanted a refund for my purchase (the very least they could do) to Wich I replied asking the proof of what I was accused of, they never replied at all, didn't refund me, didn't show proof. Not even continued communication, just ignored me.

Been trading with ACG for 2 months now. they do not offer crypto trading and their transition time to funded account is very long which should be reduced to 24 hours max. other than these two drawbacks, ACG is legit. They pay you within 48 hours time.

Been trading with this firm since October 2023 and ive never once had any issues at all with this firm. The only headache was getting my contract signed for my funded account but other than that if you are a real trader and you follow the rules and be respectful they will not deny you a payout.

One of the props that you must have. So far there have been no complaints about ACG not paying. I am very happy to use Propfirms even though there are problems with KYC which takes 2-5 working days and the payout process takes more than 48 hours. Another obstacle is that the dashboard is complicated in my opinion.
