Summary
basically, they accused me of holding a trade over the weekend, which I opened that trade on Monday Aug 19 and closed it on Friday Aug 23 that is still within a week. the picture that they attached in the email and also from my Ctrader's history also poved that I opened and closed the trade within the week and I didn't hold it over the weekend. I emailed them after that but they've never responded back to me again since then.
