I never got to trade with FTMO, so this review is about their refund and customer service only. I bought a 2-Step 100k Challenge on 7 September 2026. The same day, I sent support an explicit written withdrawal under EU consumer law, quoting my order number, and asked for a refund. I never activated the account or opened a single trade. FTMO later confirmed in writing that they had received my withdrawal email. They still refused the refund because I hadn't also sent their template withdrawal form. Under EU consumer law, any clear statement of withdrawal is enough, and FTMO's own terms only say the form can be used. When I pointed this out, support gave no legal reasoning. They only repeated that the decision was final and that they could not override the system. In my opinion, an internal form shouldn't outweigh a customer's statutory rights, especially when the product was never used. I'm now pursuing the matter through the European Consumer Centre.

la prop firm più conosciuta e longeva, c'è un motivo. l'esecuzione degli ordini non si può discriminare, è una prop firm, e non si può pretendere l'esecuzione di un broker AAA, ma rispetto a molte prop che si vedono in giro, sicuramente non la si può considerare la peggiore, 7/10, l' esecuzione è ok, gli spread sono buoni, sognatevi di tradare btc, slippage contenuto. i payout sono veloci come fulmini, con la modalità tramite carta di credito. ti avvisano in caso ci siano dei problemi, ad esempio mi hanno avvisato che ci son stati troppi log sul server da parte mia e che se avessi continuato mi avrebbero chiuso l'account, parliamoci chiaro, molte prop firm te l'avrebbero chiuso senza nemmeno spiegarti perchè. la dashboard è fantastica, tra le migliori, si avverte la cura che ci han messo in ogni minimo dettaglio, per non parlare dell'app. penso che se non si esagera con lotti o rischio, non avranno problemi a continuare a pagare, vogliono gente con un piano, non gamblers. tutto sommato, molto soddisfatto e la miglior prop firm mai provata, nessun cambio di regole sostanziali improvviso, tutto chiaro, e un trading senza troppi grattacapi. grazie FTMO. ★★★★★

I have been funded with FTMO for more than 3 months and I was under the 1% restriction, but despite being under restriction I have generated more than 10k profit and withdrawn it and got scaled. But after the scale FTMO terminated my account saying I have been trading one sided direction and terminated my account.
