Great customer service reply times, prompt pay outs, straightforward rules to follow. The OG prop firm for me. Also like the leverage of a normal account but I always use swing account to hold over weekends as well. Overall excellent, but spreads can be high at market open/close.

I've been trading with them using the same trading strategy 2-3 times. At the third time after I've completed my first challenge and was about receiving my 2nd phase account they claimed I've using prohibited strategies, however all my trades were done using an EA for managing positions and subbmitted manually. They didn't send me a single proof, blocked forever my account and never refund me the challenge. I don't know why even after failing many times with the same strategy they didn't say nothing but when passing successfully they did this. I've reported them as financial fraudsters here in Spain to the CNMV.

FTMO is the most reliable option when it comes to prop firms due to their amount of time in the industry. They are very well established and it shows throughout. Customer support has always been fantastic and ready to do what's right. Dashboard, processes & payouts all run professionally, smoothly, and clearly whilst also being extremely informative. They are starting to keep up with their competitors with some changes to their programs but I still believe their price points and trading platform (in particular execution of trades) are probably the most behind in comparison to others. You can argue it is made up by their reliability but this is up to the trader to decide if they mind taking the "risk" with another firm

After being with FTMO for a couple of months and getting 2 payouts from my funded account, I now understand why they are the best in the industry. Amazing trading conditions, lightning fast support and payouts are what keep me coming back to purchase more accounts from FTMO

Suddenly freeze my account without any prior notice (FTMO no longer serving clients from my country Indonesia 🇮🇩. I'm left jobless. A week just to have my payout in my bank account. Other than that, no problem whatsoever.
