I've been trading with FTMO for a couple of years now and so far never had a bad experience with them, any small issue was always easily fixed. Very recomended prop firm.

Using FTMO since September 2023 (funded early November 2023), I appreciated the clarity of the dashboard and especially the customer support. I got all my questions answered on the same day, and refund on same day on credit card. as well when I have made wrong selection in my orders. Have zero complaints with overall experience. I've received my payout with no issues. Even though the onboarding took a while, everything else was fast and easy

I Bought a 50k challenge from FTMO in June 2023. It was the start of my trading journey. I wasn't well aware of how prop firms work. And the first firm I worked with was FTMO. It was a great experience their customer support is great. you don't have to worry about any issue. and the most important thing for a new person to prop firms is to deal with their dashboard and I think in that regards FTMO is unmatched. Overall it was a great experience.

I've been trading with them using the same trading strategy 2-3 times. At the third time after I've completed my first challenge and was about receiving my 2nd phase account they claimed I've using prohibited strategies, however all my trades were done using an EA for managing positions and subbmitted manually. They didn't send me a single proof, blocked forever my account and never refund me the challenge.
