I am posting this to share a documented and unresolved issue with FTMO (Verification Account: 7406645) as a warning to the trading community. My FTMO Verification account, which I had nearly passed, was sabotaged by a third-party attacker. I possess undeniable evidence of the security breach, including a security alert from FTMO's own system. Despite this, FTMO has formally denied all responsibility, chosen to ignore key evidence, and has blamed me for the incident. Successful Progress: I successfully passed the Phase 1 challenge and was less than 2% away from the profit target in the final Verification stage on my $200,000 account. The CEO's Encouragement: At 14:05 on July 14, 2025, I received a personal email from FTMO's CEO, Otakar Šuffner, congratulating my progress and stating, "we love the progress of your trading." The Confirmed Security Breach & Sabotage: My account had already been breached on July 7, 2025, a fact confirmed by an "Unusual Login Activity" email from FTMO's own system, which reported a login from Prague, Czechia. Less than two hours after the CEO's email on July 14th, the attacker used this access to remotely launch cTrader on my personal laptop and activate a high-frequency trading bot that intentionally destroyed the account. FTMO's Final Denial: After I reported this with all the evidence, FTMO's final response from their Team Leader of Complaints & Investigations, was to blame me. They ignored the confirmed breach from Prague and cited a "user responsibility" clause in their agreement. They concluded that I was at fault for not acting on their initial alert, despite its non-urgent language. A company's integrity is defined by how it acts when things go wrong. FTMO's system correctly identified a security breach, yet their support and investigation teams chose to ignore this fact and protect the company rather than the client. They had every opportunity to make this right, and they have chosen not to. The company has the best reputation and uses it in the best way. I took a couple of accounts with them and passed them, had a couple of payouts totaling $50,000, after that they sent me that I entered their prime status with which you supposedly get some benefits, but in fact I got banned and lost all accounts. Of course I contacted the support to see what the reason was and of course they gave some reasons like the way I trade doesn't suit them. To be clear, it was traded according to all possible rules, as I trade in other companies that pay me regularly, they had some remarks and called it gambling trading, I just don't know how it is possible if my trade lasts on average over 20 hours, what can be gambling, I don't enter at the moment of news, I don't enter trades with the smallest stop losses. my advice is that whoever makes money should open a twitter and instagram account and document everything, also send their similar case to well-known traders who can use their networks

There’s no consistency rule, payouts are guaranteed, and their platform has one of the best user experiences I’ve seen — simple, stable, and trader-friendly.
