I was trading with them since 2023 I received 2 payout and lot of account have not reached the funded phase so I was a big client Recently after my 2nd payout, I opened a new 100k account (my 2nd), I validated the phase2 and I received an email who told me that I was doing copy trading They sent me some trades where the entry were almost the same (few pips idendical) its not a surprise on gold where we are thousand of traders all around the world trading the same instrument I sent all the proof and all the difference (not the same close position, not the same lot, not the same strategy) After all my explanation/proof, my account has been banned they banned me from telegram of a well known group of prop firms for telling the truth AVOID !!!!

FundedNext is a bad firm. You pay the price but you did not receive any account . Support care are very poor don't use this prop firm ............................

I have 150 emails going back and forth with them. I worked hard for my payout which is small, like 2k, and they have not given me any reason why they won't pay. They keep asking me to do the same thing 10 times, "wallet address issue", "show us proof of your rise account being verified", then really, I have shown them my Rise account MORE THAN TEN TIMES, and they keep telling me to do the same thing. Rise support also confirmed, THEY DO NOT NEED A WALLET ADDRESS TO PAY YOU regarding Rise payments. FundedNext has taken up a lot of my time, and they refuse to pay out still, and keep telling me to do the same exact thing 10 times. When I give them what they ask 10 times, they say thank you and you will get your payout 24-48 hours later, and then nothing happens. They have told me to re-request my payout 7 times now. I have 150 emails with them going back and forth about this and I will be reporting them to as many review places as possible.

They are saying that the UTR number is incorrect. I made payment through UPI. After more than 72 hours saying no payment received through this UTR . I am providing them all the documents

A Prop Firm That Needs Failing Traders, Not Profitable Ones I have had a $100K account with FundedNext since April 2024. At the start of the challenge, when I was in drawdown or facing difficulties, there were no emails, no warnings—just business as usual. However, as soon as I passed Phase 1, I received an email threatening me with possible termination due to multiple IP addresses, which I honestly believe they fabricate themselves to put traders on edge. Somehow, I was lucky enough to resolve it initially, but the same issue kept recurring every few months. Example 1: Unnecessary Verification on Vacation While on vacation, I was required to provide bills and toll receipts to verify that I was actually in the country I claimed to be in. No prop firm should be this invested in a trader’s private matters, nor should they have the right to demand such personal information. Nevertheless, I complied and provided the requested documents just to put them at ease. Example 2: Verifying a New Smartphone Purchase After buying a new smartphone, I was asked to provide purchase receipts and payment information. I have never seen FTMO or any other reputable firm request such details. This seemed like a deliberate way for FundedNext to assert control over traders. Their priority appears to be keeping a "terminate" button readily available in case a trader becomes too profitable or overstays their welcome. Example 3: Potentially Fabricated IP Logs If all else fails, FundedNext seems to have another tactic: faking IP logs to ensure traders cannot dispute their termination. My realization about this firm became clear when I received an email containing IP logs from the United States. However, one crucial mistake in their screenshot revealed the words "Investor Login"—which refers to the credentials they use to access accounts, not traders. My theory is that they logged into my account using a VPS or some other method to fabricate potential issues. Example 4: The Copy Trader Contradiction Last year, I wanted to clarify FundedNext's stance on copy trading, as I intended to use a copy trader to manage my trades more efficiently. Being a responsible trader, I contacted support around May 2024, and they assured me that copy traders were allowed, provided that: All accounts belonged to me I managed them personally FundedNext was the master account I followed these rules precisely and have screenshots of this conversation as proof. From May 2024 to October 2024, I frequently received emails flagging various "issues" with my account. However, I was always able to provide sufficient proof to refute their claims, and in many cases, they simply stopped responding when I pushed back. From October 2024 to January 2025, I faced challenges with my trading strategy and reduced my risk even further. I spent three months journaling and experimenting with different approaches to improve my performance. Unsurprisingly, during this period of drawdown, I received no emails, no warnings—nothing. Rule Change & Hidden Restrictions In December 2024, I was made aware of a rule change posted by FundedNext. They shared a chart explaining acceptable copy trading practices, explicitly stating that using FundedNext as a primary master account to copy trades to other firms was still allowed. In January 2025, after refining my strategy and gaining confidence in my approach, I reviewed the rules again to ensure compliance. I contacted FundedNext support multiple times to confirm the copy trading policy. This time, they stated that no instances of copy trading to other firms were allowed, even if FundedNext was the master account. I asked for further clarification, and after receiving confirmation, I immediately removed FundedNext from my copy trader. However, their website still stated that copy trading was permitted, leading me to believe this was a "hidden rule" designed to trap traders and justify account terminations. The Final Straw: Profitability & Termination After recovering from a 7% drawdown using only 0.25% risk per trade in about a month, I was approaching my payout when suddenly, problems arose again. I was contacted by the Trading Ethics Department, who claimed that a copy trader had been detected on my account and issued a warning to remove it before termination. However, I had already removed the copy trader long before, so I explained the entire situation once again. Their response was slow, dismissive, and full of incoherent statements that barely addressed my concerns. They provided screenshots showing login activity from the UK, which was my copy trader’s location. I responded, explaining when I removed the account and suggested that the removal process might have triggered the UK login. However, their second screenshot did not align with the timeline, as I had no active copy trader at that time. They ignored my explanation and deactivated my account. Really hoping they get flagged for actions like these.

I made a payment for a 2 step steller lite account. And I did not receive my account. The team in charge of the ticket took over 1week plus after I have made payment to respond to me and tell me that they did not receive my payment. And I have clearifed with my bank and they stated the transaction was successful on their own end that Fundednext should contact them with the ticked ID number provided which I shared and they did not contact them. They said they investigated the issue. If you investigated an issue why can’t you use the ticked number my bank provided to track the trans action back to the bank you use for local bank transfer payment method. I waited for over 1week plus only bf or me to not receive my account nor is there any hope of getting my money back. This is just wrong in everu way.

Review Title: FundedNext Ignoring Verified Payment – No Account, No Refund! I purchased a $10,000 two-step evaluation account from FundedNext for $60, and my bank confirmed the transaction was successful. However, FundedNext claims they never received the payment without providing any proof. I have submitted every required document, including: ✅ Transaction receipt ✅ Bank statement showing the deduction ✅ Transaction ID for tracking ✅ Screenshots of my bank confirming the payment For over two weeks, they have kept me in a cycle of ticket creation with no resolution. This is highly concerning for a prop firm. FundedNext, either provide my account or issue a refund! Ignoring verified payments is unacceptable. Traders, be warned—this could happen to you! @FundedNext – Resolve this immediately!

I manually close my buy orders and it got filled almost 2 pips below the price. No the spread excuse since closing buy order get executed at ask price so no spreads involved. I demand an explanation and they said the markets are unpredictable and its on my side. The trading conditions are so bad, besides the problem above, I get it when opening a buy order price get filled at bid price but guess what when opening a sell order, price get filled 1 pip below the ask price. Poor customer service as well, they will just try to be dodgy when they cannot solve the problem by blaimng the traders on their own poor trading conditions and gives public explanation of trading words, The same answer will be provided over and over again using copy and paste. Other than that, the firm is doing very good, extremely clean and good dashboard, fast account process time, but the situation above just shows me how a firm treats their trader when a problem occurs and it does not benefits them.

I successfully passed Phase 2 and signed my agreement on October 25th. My KYC was verified the same day, but I still haven’t received my live (funded) account credentials. I’ve contacted support multiple times and even emailed the Trading Ethics team, but it’s been several days without a clear update. I really hope FundedNext improves the response time and account activation process for traders who have already completed all steps. I’m still waiting for a resolution and hoping for a quick response soon.

They present a set of clear rules during the challenge phase, once you pass the challenge and enter the funded phase—especially with larger accounts and consistent profitability—they begin to enforce new, subjective rules. These often result in account restrictions or termination.
