Funded next refused to pay me my 8000 usd, account 13509361, yet i was trading according to the account size i had. They deactivated my account while I am profitable

Good morning,I have been working with Funded Next for two months. I had a 200k account with them, and after passing the evaluation phases, they imposed a rule to risk only 1%. This was perfectly fine for me, as I primarily trade using swing strategies. Over these two months, I managed to earn a total payout of 12k. Up until recently, my experience with them was positive: payments were always made promptly, within 24 hours. However, once they noticed that I was consistently profitable, they started accusing me of trading “aggressively.” This is absolutely not true—I have all the evidence to prove that my maximum risk per trade is 0.5%. Today, to my great surprise, I received an email stating that I have been banned and that they will refund my challenge fee because they claim my trading is “aggressive.” I find this situation absurd and unacceptable. It’s clear that this company is not interested in working with profitable traders, but rather seeks out individuals who end up losing their funds. I have been trading for three years, and I have never encountered anything like this before. I am extremely disappointed with this prop firm and strongly advise everyone to stay away from them.

FUNDED NEXT UP the SPREAD from 150 to 270 for NDX100 I have a Steller Lite account for FUNDED NEXT For first 2 weeks of Trading the Spread was 150 Point This was consistent across various sessions and after High impact news it would settle within 1 or 2 minute back to 150 Points.... Since 4th November something has changed and the Spread is now 240 points. When i contacted Funded Next to address this..The Support agent refused to acknowledge this and blamed it on High impact news. When i explained 5 x that this was not related to High impact news he would ask for a trader order number and this repetitive conversation lasted 1 hour . He refused to escalate the issue and i couldnt speak to a Team leader. He also REFUSED to open an investigation into the matter or Provide me with a Reference number. He kept blaming News (even though it was 11:00am NYEST) when this has NOTHING To do with news as i explained over 2 weeks the spread was 150 and now its 240.(over various session and days ) Funded Next what has happened to the Steller Lite Spread on NDX100 it was 150 and now its 240. A NEWS even doesn't effect the SPREAD over an entire week . Funded NEXT this is not what i paid for . I paid for a stellar lite evaluation program with NDX100 spread of 150. For 2 weeks you provided this to me .You have now changed the services you are providing me. You are also refusing to address this or investigate the problem and provide me what i paid for and had for the first 2 weeks of service. Thanks you we are done here. You have refused to address my concerns that Fundended Next has changed its service offering to me . I paid for one thing ...i received it for 2 weeks and then you changed it to a worse and higher Spread, with no consultation or communication. Edited: Now from Friday 8th November 2024 the spread is 270 for NDX100.

My funded next deactivated my account by allegations of copy trading. I got $20k profit in that account. Please help me . I didn’t copy any trade. All the trade i have placed is based on my own setup and strategies

I spend over 90 days to pass a challenge and now its been more than two weeks and yet I haven’t received my funded account. They send out emails asking about my trading and i already clarified everything but never received any response saying if i violated anything. I completed my KYC but yet no account. I don’t know what to expect here. Contacted customer support and they said i will receive my credentials within 24 hours but its already been 7+ days since they said that. I’m very upset because i had very high expectations based on all the reviews.

FundedNext has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with a prop firm. After over 6 months of consistent trading, multiple successful payouts, and full adherence to their rules, they abruptly terminated my funded account the moment I reached another payout and passed a new challenge. Their excuse? “One-sided betting” — despite the fact that my trades were based on higher time frame technicals and proper risk management. It felt like they were just waiting for an excuse to cut me off the moment I became consistently profitable. There was no warning, no discussion, and zero respect for the loyalty I’d shown. It honestly feels like they do not want traders who win long-term. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone serious about trading professionally.

I’ve been a professional trader for over five years, and like many others, I once believed FundedNext could change lives. And it did—but not in the way I expected. After passing two $100K accounts and already having a $100K live account (totaling $300K), I was suddenly banned without warning. The only explanation they gave? *"You lost too many accounts in the past."* No kidding—I was still learning when I first started with them. And now that I’m profitable, they decide to ban me? If you're just starting out, FundedNext might be a decent place to begin. But if you think you can rely on them to provide for yourself and your family, let me be completely honest—they are not a reliable prop firm. For context, I had max allocation and received over $60K in payouts before they shut me down.

I want to tell everyone about my experience with Funded Next. I specify that I purchased the accounts using coupon FN150. This code provided, 90% payout and 150% FEE refund once I reached 5% profit in funded stage. After passing all stages, I started trading the funded account. Once I reached 5% profit I receive an email that contained: “As per the FundedNext brand promise, which includes a commitment to 'honor the payout'”, you will receive a 50% payout based on the current PnL. This decision is a testament to our commitment to honor the time and effort you have invested. However, it is with regret that we must inform you that you will no longer be able to purchase any accounts with FundedNext in the future. Your permanent termination from our platform is in line with our commitment to maintaining a fair and transparent trading environment for all our traders. In addition, you will not be able to participate in FundedNext's free trial and competition.” Simply put when I had earned “too much” I get banned and told my payout will be 50 percent. To be completely honest, this actually happened and I received 50% in less than an hour after the request. I should add that the 150% bonus was not considered instead. The main point is another. I asked for an explanation, and I also made myself available to make a call with their “risk management department,” which evidently does not exist, to clarify every single entry I made, and I specify that I always had the stop los set in the platform. And I would have been willing to adjust any risk parameters in agreement with them to “be aligned with their policies.” Now the question I ask myself is, why if they have a risk policy do they let traders use 10 lots and very high levers? Why do they give 10 percent MaxDD if you can't use it? Simple, because they hope people will fail. If they wanted to protect traders from over risk, they would not allow that. I understand that all accounts are demo, and that the company can't afford to pay too many payouts but they could do it more elegantly and try to figure out who they have as a customer. Unfortunately, they were not available for any meeting, just sent an email, sent a 50% payout saving about $7000 and kicked me out. I have to give 5 stars to the speed of processing to payment, really efficient. What is for sure though is that they are not looking for any profitable traders. Their dashboard and system are efficient, but rest assured that after a few payouts they will kick you out. If you read some reviews carefully, it's a recurring practice.

If you’re serious about trading, look elsewhere. This firm will lure you in with great pricing and offers but your trading conditions will be unfavourable and borderline manipulated. Slippage (on major pairs like EURUSD) during high volume trading windows (Frankfurt, London, New York) is diabolical and will trigger negative emotional responses (revenge trading) and skew your results (imagine having a Stop Loss of 1.5 pips with a slippage of 1 pip or more, regardless of whether it’s Market Execution or Limit Order). No thanks. I trade with other prop firms and have never seen this so bad (even when MFF was around). I gave Funded Next a chance various times this year on different instruments (including SP500) and I have now blacklisted this company as it is simply dodgy and likely a scam using local lack of regulation as its scapegoat. Avoid at all costs if you’re serious about trading.

Fundednext is very good prop firm , very useful condition and excellent support team..and platform condition is also very good. And also funded next has very good user-friendly website..
