My experience with Funding Pips has been very disappointing. Right after I purchased an account, I submitted my KYC documents. They rejected my KYC and then closed the account I had just purchased. I contacted customer support, but they didn't help at all. Their customer support is extremely poor.They didn't even provide a refund. My address is correct and complete, but the KYC system keeps saying that it is an invalid address. I have provided all the required address information accurately. Could you please explain why my address is being rejected and help me resolve this issue?

all was good but there is a lot of slippage and spread when i purchased account of 2 step pro and i worked on that account and i achieved 2% profit target and i was just 3% more profit target but my account got breached due to loss limit reset with current equity if i hold the trade and I'm in profit of 500$ then they will count my wallet balance as 5500 and if i close the trade in profit of 200$ then my account will get breached

So far I have a very good experience with Funding Pips, I got my credentials immediately after purchase. Soon I will reach to master account. Dashboard is user friendly. One can track daily loss limit and drawdown easily. I like the various competition they held every month

Passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 on the 5k account. The trading platform and dashboard with Funding Pips are top-notch. I breached the account during the funded stage so I missed out on the payout, but overall, the prop firm is good to trade with.

Despite my dashboard officially generating the green "Phase 2 Completed" status, their team manually refused to issue my funded Master credentials under completely vague excuses. I engaged in multiple email correspondences with their support and risk desks, demanding specific trade tickets, timestamps, or server evidence of a breach on my Phase 2 history. Following these multiple correspondences, FundingPips completely refused to provide a single piece of data or evidence to justify their actions. Instead, they issued a forced ultimatum: choose a free Phase 1 Reset to waste weeks of trading again, or a Refund of the evaluation fee coupled with a permanent lifetime ban from their platform. I completely reject these The mathematical facts of my clean Phase 2 execution (ID: 5738030) remain unassailable: 1. ZERO BREACHES: 100% algorithmic compliance with all platform parameters. My maximum floating drawdown was kept strictly under 1.5% ($1,500), perfectly respecting their firm rule of a 2% maximum limit. 2. STRICT RISK MANAGEMENT: Every single trade was executed with tight risk control, never exceeding a 1% loss per individual position. My absolute maximum closed loss on any single trade was strictly capped at only 0.61% ($614), proving ironclad risk discipline. 3. CONSERVATIVE PROFILE: Profit was achieved via conservative lot sizes of 1.00 and 2.00 on XAUUSD across exactly 32 trades with a steady 59.38% Win Rate. Major winning trades were held for active trading durations of 15, 49, 55, and up to 65 minutes, completely disproving any server exploitation or tick-scalping. I've not received a payout yet but im on my way to doing so after I pass but so far so good, I love the firm's approach, dashboard acts as a journal and good spreads.
