I deeply regret purchasing an account with FundingPips. I bought a $10K challenge simply to try the firm after hearing some positive feedback. I am not new to prop firms and I am already funded with other companies, so this was not my first experience trading with a prop firm. Given my experience, I was unable to find anything positive worth mentioning.
The lack of proper investigation and the repetitive support responses. Instead of reviewing the technical issue with the platform, they simply stated that the trades were executed through my login credentials and denied any resolution.

Warning to all traders using Fundingpips Closed my account in error while I was in a MASSIVE winning trade for reaching drawdown. They refuse to honor the profits or reset the account. If their system fails, YOU pay the price. Totally unacceptable. They admitted the error but won't restore the profits I earned. As a trader, the stress of the markets is enough—we shouldn't have to fight our own brokers too. Avoid at all costs until they fix their "technical glitches." Do the right thing and solve this as I've exhausted all avenues.

I received an email stating I reached drawdown and then I received an email stating it was closed in error and it has been reinstated. However, it was reinstated to the balance I had before the winning trade which would have seen me pass my phase
