Account [20027508] Trading rule breached without proof. They stated that I violated the maximum drawdown limit but my account never dropped more than 1% since the beginning of the day (max 3% daily drawdown allowed). Even in their own dashboard, my equity curve only went up and it was not possible to have that much drawdown. It must be due to an error in their system.

I initially considered a 5-star rating, but I'm confused about resetting an evaluation in the second phase only to receive a Phase 1 account. It seems more logical to purchase a new evaluation in that scenario. A few adjustments could easily make this a 5-star experience.

I had two funded accounts with FundedPips: a $52,000 account and a $5,000 account. In February 2025, I requested a $700 payout from my $5,000 account. The payout was approved and paid successfully. However, shortly afterward, both of my funded accounts were terminated. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. When I contacted support through live chat and Discord, I was repeatedly told to wait for an email reply. Unfortunately, my emails were not answered, and when I checked my dashboard, I found that my accounts had been closed. At the time, my $52,000 funded account was already more than $2,000 in profit, and I was only a few days away from being eligible for another payout. About three days later, both accounts were terminated. I understand that prop firms have rules, but I believe traders deserve clear communication and timely responses when such serious decisions are made. This review reflects my personal experience with FundedPips.
