Warning to all traders using Fundingpips Closed my account in error while I was in a MASSIVE winning trade for reaching drawdown. They refuse to honor the profits or reset the account. If their system fails, YOU pay the price. Totally unacceptable. They admitted the error but won't restore the profits I earned. As a trader, the stress of the markets is enough—we shouldn't have to fight our own brokers too. Avoid at all costs until they fix their "technical glitches." Do the right thing and solve this as I've exhausted all avenues.

I was in a winning trade which would have seen me pass the phase. The account was closed along with the trade. I received an email stating I reached drawdown and then I received an email stating it was closed in error and it has been reinstated. However, it was reinstated to the balance I had before the winning trade which would have seen me pass my phase

I like the clean dashboard and simple rules provided by Funding Pips. The trading conditions are decent with stable execution and reasonable spreads. The platform works smoothly and the evaluation process is clear. Customer support is also responsive when assistance is needed.
One area that could be improved is the strict drawdown rules which require careful risk management. Sometimes spreads can widen during high volatility. However, if traders follow proper risk management and discipline, the platform works well overall.

Dashboard is very clean. Spreads are decent. Not great not bad either. Some slippage is there from time to time. Slippage and Commissions can eat into profits very quickly if targeting small pips. But overall a decent experience.
