Ok I have used this prop firm funding pips it is absolutely good as well as giving payouts on time no delaying and not any type of problem occurring even the dashboard is good and fast as well overall this is the best prop firm to trade and also very less cost

I deeply regret purchasing an account with FundingPips. I bought a $10K challenge simply to try the firm after hearing some positive feedback. I am not new to prop firms and I am already funded with other companies, so this was not my first experience trading with a prop firm. Since MT5 is not supported in the US and Canada, I logged into my account through MatchTrader. I have used MatchTrader before with other firms, so I am familiar with the platform. When I tried to place my first trade, I tapped Buy, but nothing happened. No position opened on the platform. I waited, tapped again, and still nothing appeared. I even switched from Wi-Fi to cellular in case it was a network issue and tried again a few times. After several minutes, all the trades suddenly appeared at once on the platform, and immediately I received an email from FundingPips stating that my account had been breached. This clearly looked like a delayed execution or platform glitch, not intentional trading. I spent hours chatting with their support team, explaining the timeline and what happened. Unfortunately, they kept repeating the same response that the breach is valid because the trades were executed using my login credentials, referring to their Terms and Services. But their explanation does not make sense. According to them, I received my account and within 10 minutes I intentionally opened around 20 trades, breached the account, and then spent hours contacting support asking for help and a refund. That simply does not add up. I was not asking for a bigger account, special treatment, or compensation. I was only asking for a refund of the challenge fee due to what appears to be a platform execution issue. Instead, the company chose to rely on a generic Terms & Services response and dismiss the situation without properly reviewing the platform behavior. This loss will not affect me personally, but many traders cannot afford to lose money over issues like this. It is disappointing that a company would be willing to risk its reputation and receive negative reviews over such a situation rather than properly investigate and resolve it. My intention in sharing this experience is simply to help other traders make an informed decision before purchasing an account with FundingPips. Choose wisely.

The regulations are fair and the spreads are competitive, but the customer support is a bit lacking, and slippage occurs occasionally. I hope to see a reduction in slippage and more consistent technical support.

Warning to all traders using Fundingpips ​Closed my account in error while I was in a MASSIVE winning trade for reaching drawdown. They refuse to honor the profits or reset the account. If their system fails, YOU pay the price. Totally unacceptable. They admitted the error but won't restore the profits I earned. As a trader, the stress of the markets is enough—we shouldn't have to fight our own brokers too. ​Avoid at all costs until they fix their "technical glitches." Do the right thing and solve this as I've exhausted all avenues.

I have purchased the account 1.5 month before, and i have good experience with it and Support is also good for customers . But I am amazed that Funding pips dnt offer US30 or Nasdaq to trade.

It was a great company; I received 3 challenges and they were delivered instantly. I was funded once, but I lost it due to my own greed. They also do giveaways, and they gave me a 1k instant funded account. Thank you FundingPips <3
