My account was blocked by FandigPips. They accused me of reverse trading, after providing them with evidence of my lack of guilt, they gave an answer after 6 days that the reverse position was opened on ANOTHER account that did not belong to me. I consider such actions of the company dishonest so that I bought a new account from them.

Funding pips is the best. It’s been more than two weeks with account and my experience is nothing but excellent in terms of customer service, they always reply in time and get the issue resolved. In terms of trading conditions they gave me the best I’ve experienced in the industry, no manipulation or slipppage. If you want fair trading conditions go with funding pips.

Summary
December 17, 2025 My FundingPips account was suddenly and permanently banned for alleged copy trading, account management, and coordinated trading with others—claims that are entirely unfounded. Their only "evidence" was a single trade compared to another account, but even there, the entries, exits, and prices were all different, which clearly disproves any copying or coordination. Apparently, trading the same popular instrument on the same day is now grounds for termination. If that's the case, countless traders would face bans, making this seem like selective and sloppy enforcement. As part of my risk management, I always close positions before the day ends, so timing variations are natural and don't suggest any collusion. FundingPips offered no real proof, like matching execution times, identical trade setups, shared IPs/devices/APIs, or any account links. There was no proper review or chance to respond—just a "zero tolerance" ban with zero transparency. This erodes all trust in the firm. I'd advise traders to proceed with extreme caution.

Overall good firm however they have some shadiness to them especially the discord support team. Whenever traders raise concern/frustrations the responses are never helpful either ending with a timeout or just ignorance. Fundingpips is good but the discord support team needs new members. I dont have any problems with them other than for them to listen to their customers..its normal for people to complain when they feel the service is not up to standard..and it is within the firm's long term interest to listen to them..not shut them out.

The dashboard is great, not too complicated. Their pricing is also very good especially for someone who is starting out and wants to get a feel for the prop firm industry
Their customer service is not that great. Emails are mostly responded by bots, the discord team is the worst, they dont want anyone to complain or raise frustrations either you stay quiet and happy or they time you out( prevent you from commenting in discord server) they dont want criticism at all. Sometimes they post fake competitions on X (formally twitter) and never do the giveaways- this was something done by one of their partners.

I have been looking into Funding Pips, and honestly, it is one of the best options for traders on a budget. The entry cost is very low compared to firms like FTMO. The best part is their payout system; getting paid every Tuesday (every 5 days) is a game changer for cash flow. The rules are reasonable, allowing for news trading and weekend holding on swing accounts. The only downside is that you have to use their newer platforms (like Match-Trader) instead of MT4, but the execution is still good. Overall, it’s a legit and solid firm for 2024

I really like how affordable the challenge fees are compared to other firms. The purchase process is very smooth, they accept crypto/credit cards, and I received my login credentials instantly after paying
The daily drawdown rule calculation can be a bit strict since it's based on equity/balance. You have to be very careful with open floating losses to avoid breaching the limit

So far, my experience with FundingPips has been very positive. Their support team is fast, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions. Replies are clear and timely, which gives me confidence as a trader. I’ve just received my funded account, so I haven’t gone through the payout process yet.
