A trade was closed 20 minutes before a high-impact news event that resulted in profit. They denied the profit stating it breached their rules. Only rule I could find on their website was trades closed within 10 minutes of high impact news would not count. I emailed their customer service and got crappy responses and no resolution. I will never use them again. Scam

I remembered again why I didn't buy fundingpips. He suffers 10 percent slipage with each stop. Also, they have incredibly spikes that are not on the normal chart, and the chart is not the same. Do not buy it. The spread changes depending on the number of lots, I saw this for the first time, it's ridiculous :D Frankly, I am sorry that a company with such an important position in the sector would do such a thing. Normally I didn't want to write a review like this. Because the above conditions are somewhat acceptable, but by increasing the spread rate, they both stopped and I got a 20 percent slippage. This is ulterior motive. My transaction with a different company was stopped on the spot, without any slippage. I definitely do not recommend it. While there are companies that do their job well in this field, do not buy from companies that try to rip people off.

I had an extremely bad experience with FundingPips. They closed my account for no clear reason. They accused me of being in a different location, which was completely false—I have never been there. This was an unjust accusation with no proof to support their claims. Additionally, their customer service was absolutely unhelpful and did not offer any meaningful assistance in resolving the issue. All they did was close my account and left me without any way to contact them or get further information. For anyone considering using this company, I strongly advise caution. It seems they do not respect their clients and may take unfair actions against you without any valid reason.

Previously i was trading on FundedNext but after FundedNext restricted Malaysian access, i've found an alternative which is FundingPips from PropFirmMatch. I've bought 3 accounts and passed 3x P1 to P2 as per below 10059485 Started 1st April 2025 Passed to P2 - 22nd April 2025 10112804 Started 8th April 2025 Passed to P2 - 22nd April 2025 10131640 Started 14th April 2025 Passed to P2 - 21st April 2025 After that , From my P2 10152620 Started 23rd April Pass to Funded - 28th APril 2025 10152352 Started 24th April On 30th April - 102k ( 3000 more to funded ) 10148596 Started 21st April On 30th April - 94k ( -ve 6000 ) Out of sudden, Funding Pips said that i have breached their rules 7.1 and just removed my account. Claiming that I'm copying other trades. After several emails with Funding Pips, they are not able to show me proof and just denies, saying that this is the final decision and no way to revert. I tried to ask them show me evidence / Proof that I'm copying other trader / bot but they just have no proof and deleted my accounts. Funding Pips could've give me another account and ask me to retake the exam which i don't mind but they just confiscated the account without compensation / just closed my accounts. Honestly their customer service is bad and they just don't honor their payouts / their evaluations. They can just simply close down your accounts WITHOUT EVIDENCE!

I used to really like Funding Pips, but my experience took a sharp turn for the worse. Out of nowhere, they closed my account, which was in profit, citing something vague about “trade ideas and risk.” I responded to their email right away, asking for proof, and showing me actual numbers, "where and why" and followed up several times, but they completely ignored me. Their customer support is hands down the worst I’ve encountered in the industry. The replies are just generic copy-paste responses, and most of the time, you’re left waiting endlessly or get no reply at all. Honestly, something shady seems to be going on behind the scenes. What once felt like a legit firm now feels unreliable and unprofessional. I’d strongly recommend staying away; it’s not worth the risk..

Customer care is fantastic it's my first funded account they guide me eays why reply is fast I pass both phase one is good is that there is no hidden rules
