I am extremely disappointed with FundingPips. My account was suddenly terminated by their "Responsible Trading Team" under the accusation of a "Shared CID" (Device ID match with another user). Let me be absolutely clear: I operate my account 100% independently. When I reached out to dispute this, they completely failed to provide any concrete proof or evidence of this alleged device match. Instead of conducting a proper investigation or showing transparency, they took the lazy route and immediately deleted my account and permanently revoked my access. Device IDs and IP routes can trigger false positives for many technical reasons (dynamic IPs, public networks, etc.). Banning a paying client based on a generic automated flag without showing proof is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam tactic to avoid payouts or obligations. If FundingPips wants to maintain any credibility, they need to review my case, provide actual evidence, or reinstate my account. Prospective traders, beware: your account could be deleted next for no valid reason.

Dear Trader, Thank you for your feedback. We want to be absolutely clear — FundingPips does not use automated flags as an excuse to avoid paying traders. We want to address your technical argument directly. The Device ID is the unique hardware fingerprint of the physical device connecting to our trading server — it is completely separate from IP addresses. Dynamic IPs, public networks, and CGNAT affect IP addresses only and do not cause a Device ID match. A Device ID match specifically indicates that the same physical device was used to access accounts belonging to different registered users. The finding in your case was reviewed and verified by our Responsible Trading Team before the decision was made. We are unable to disclose the specific technical parameters of our detection methodology, as this is a standard compliance boundary applied to all cases. The decision stands as final. Best regards, FundingPips Team

Funding pips is one of the best firms I've used. I most especially like the user interface of their website and also their certificates. Everything looks and feels so modern. Trading conditions also, which is very important is very good and this is the only firm I can see taking steps to remove new rules that are limiting traders. Kudos to funding pips for looking out for traders.

I can't think of any right now. Some of the rules I didn't like, they've removed it.

FundingPips permanently terminated my account, claiming that my Device ID matched another registered user. I strongly dispute this allegation because I have only ever used my own personal devices and have never shared my account or accessed anyone else’s account. During my appeal, I repeatedly requested evidence or a technical explanation for this allegation. FundingPips refused to provide any evidence and only sent generic responses stating that the decision was final. My appeal was never meaningfully addressed. To make matters worse, the origina...

Unfortunately, after my experience with the account termination process, I cannot honestly say there was anything I liked the most. Any positive first impression was overshadowed by the lack of transparency and fairness when my account was permanently terminated.
The worst part was the appeal process. My account was permanently terminated based on an alleged Device ID match, yet FundingPips refused to provide any evidence or technical explanation. I explained that I only used my own personal devices and requested clarification, but my questions were never answered. Instead, I received only template responses saying the decision was final. In my experience, this process lacked transparency and did not give me a fair opportunity to respond to the allegation.

Alleged Device ID Match with Another Registered User(Device ID Match / Shared CID Detection)
Summary
FundingPips permanently terminated my account, stating that my Device ID matched another registered user. I strongly dispute this allegation. I have only ever accessed my account using my own personal devices: two iPhones and one iPad, all purchased brand new and owned exclusively by me. I have never shared my account, never logged into another person’s FundingPips account, and never allowed anyone else to operate my account. I submitted an appeal requesting evidence or a technical explanation of the alleged Device ID match. However, FundingPips did not provide any evidence or answer my specific questions. Instead, I received only generic responses stating that the decision was final and referring me back to the original notification. In my opinion, the appeal process lacked transparency because I was permanently banned without being given sufficient information to understand or meaningfully respond to the allegation.

Dear Noventa, It has been determined that the Device ID linked to your account corresponds with the Device ID of another registered user on our platform. This finding was established following a comprehensive review of the relevant technical indicators and account activity. Please also note that, for security, privacy, and data protection reasons, we are unable to disclose the identity of another user, the specific technical identifiers involved, or any information relating to another user's account. Additionally, the review has already been completed by the Responsible Trading Team, and no further independent review or appeal process is available for this case. Accordingly, the decision communicated to you is final and cannot be reversed. Kind regards, FundingPips Team

Receive a free 1k instant account from their giveaway which they recently held, made me complete kyc even before claiming the free account and when I completed the profit target they told me to complete the kyc again and rejected it saying multiple accounts have done kyc , cannot request payout, closed my account and now not even replying quickly. If kyc was such a big issue why did the system let me complete it while claiming it and why made me redo it just when I completed profit target.

Dear Hans, Please note that all accounts are subject to our standard verification procedures and compliance checks. Completing the initial KYC process does not guarantee final approval, as additional reviews may be required at different stages, including before processing rewards. KYC rejections related to duplicate accounts or verification concerns are handled by our Compliance Team based on the information provided and the results from our verification provider. We do not have access to override or change these decisions. We recommend contacting our Support Team with your account details so they can review your case and provide further clarification regarding the verification status. Kind regards, FundingPips Team

I got an instant 1k$ giveaway but I didn't get the credentials, I was told to wait 24 hours, after I waited it was still the same, and I came back to ask what happened but I was accused of having participated in the previous giveaway, and I denied that I had never participated, and he said that the account had run out, even though there were people who got more than 1 account, if so why was I told to wait 24 hours?

Extremely disappointing experience with FundingPips. I purchased a 1-Step account on May 10, 2026, intending to use EAs on my own dedicated VPS. After my purchase, FundingPips significantly changed its VPN/VPS rules, and their support gave me contradictory answers about whether a legitimate dedicated VPS was allowed. I was then told the new restrictions also applied to existing accounts. When I requested a refund because these changes directly affected how I intended to use the service, my request was denied. Even worse, shortly after requesting ...

I was a client of this prop firm for about a year, and overall my experience was positive. The spreads were good, order execution was solid, and communication with support was professional. I successfully passed the evaluation and received a $50,000 live account. Recently, however, the firm introduced a new rule for existing two-phase accounts: a maximum of 2% risk per trade. At first glance, this sounds like a good risk management rule. In practice, though, it means that if your loss on a single trade exceeds around 1.2% because of slippage, your ...

Dear Trader, Thank you for sharing your experience in such a balanced and thoughtful way, and for the positive experience you had over the past year. We want to address your specific situation. The Risk Per Trade Idea rule assesses the combined live floating loss of grouped positions at any given moment. When a major market event causes a sharp move — such as an unexpected news headline — the live floating loss can spike beyond the intended stop loss level due to slippage before the order can be filled. This is an inherent risk of holding positions during periods of extreme volatility, and unfortunately the rule assesses the peak floating loss regardless of the intended risk. We hear your concern about applying rule changes to existing accounts. The recent policy update was communicated to all traders and required mandatory acknowledgement before trading was re-enabled. We acknowledge that changes to rules on existing accounts can reduce confidence, and we take this feedback seriously. We are sorry this outcome ended what had been a positive experience, and we appreciate the fair and professional tone of your review. Best regards, FundingPips Team
