I passed the Phase 2 evaluation on a 100K account (no. 130271), trading only the NAS100. After passing, I was told the account was denied funding because they had " identified multiple instances where the margin usage exceeded our 80% limit", with the highest alleged usage being 86.01%. I checked this against my own trade record, exported directly from the platform (full screenshot linked below and attached). Customer care is top notch. Every time I have an issue I’ll just message the bot and if it can’t solve I’ll talk to a person and everything gets settled Goatfunded has good spread also no deduction of payment for ridiculous reasons #GFT #GFT

Worked with Goat for a few payouts, then banned. They cancelled all my accounts and would not respond to any emails after that. Very unprofessional and not worth the time or money. Edit: Lisa commented below asking me to email her, I emailed asking for resolution and have not gotten any response, just like before. Truly horrible customer service.

Summary
After a withdrawal request, I got an email from Risk saying my account has been breached and terminated. I had four funded accounts and they breached all of them. The reason given was blank in the breach emails for each account. They did not respond to any emails after that. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
