My payout of $258.06 with 80% split ($206.45) was denied and my account (315015521) is terminated today, Claiming I have logged in from 3 different IPs :- 1) France (162.158.23.130) - 26th June 2) India (172.69.152.144) 3) Singapore (108.162.227.136) - 29th June The thing the accusation is false as I have not travelled to any of these locations, I didn't use any VPN/VPS service, and I didn't share my account with anyone. Firm is good but there's a trust issue whether you will get a payout even after doing everything right according to their rules.
Their support team replies but not much of some help. Their RISK TEAM is really bad, they reply after 2 days and with the same template every time and they don't even accept our proof even when the evidence is completely legitimate.

The main point is that the accusation is completely illegitimate as the IPs mentioned are of CLOUDFLARE and I researched this and I have proper evidence to prove this also. I had 2 accounts with them 100 k instant and 100 k 2 step. I cleared both the accounts. Followed proper rules, all terms and conditions everything. In the instant account I requested for a payout of USD 6500 and on the 2 step account requested for USD 4445. They very conveniently have denied payouts for both the accounts. denied payouts on 2 different accounts one for 6500 usd and other for 4500 usd. One was an instant account the other was a 2 step account. Both were 100 k challanges. The payout for 6500 USD happened in the instant/one step pay later account on 12 June 2026 and the payout for the 2 step 100 k challenge was done on 12 July 2026. This is the worst prop firm I have ever seen. Thanks to them there is all this emotional trauma because I dont think I can trust any other prop firm now. What's the point of following all the rules properly and then for these guys to falsely accuse of copy trading and then deny payouts and brach the accounts. Happened with me twice back to back.

Extremely disappointing experience. My account was terminated based on what appears to be inaccurate IP geolocation rather than actual evidence of account sharing. GFT accused me of trading from multiple locations and sharing my account because their system recorded two different IP locations just four minutes apart. However, my account has been accessed from only one device since day one. If they had reviewed the device login history instead of relying solely on IP geolocation, they would have seen that no second device ever logged into my account...

Summary
I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled. My account was terminated and my payout was denied based on an allegation of account sharing that is not supported by the actual evidence. Your investigation appears to rely solely on IP geolocation, which is not conclusive proof of account sharing. IP locations can be inaccurate due to ISP routing, mobile networks, VPNs, or outdated geolocation databases. A change in IP location alone does not prove that another person accessed my account. The most important fact has been completely overlooked: my account has been accessed from only one device since the very first day. If you review the device login history, you will see that no second device has ever logged into my account. If I had actually shared my account, there would be evidence of multiple devices or unauthorized logins—not just a change in the reported IP location.

If a firm does not conduct a fair and transparent review or unnecessarily delays or withholds a legitimate payout, then it becomes difficult for me to value any of its other features. Good trading conditions, platform quality, or evaluation rules mean very little if traders cannot have confidence in receiving payouts they have earned. As a trader, the primary reason I joined the firm was to trade profitably and receive payouts according to the stated rules. A fair, consistent, and transparent payout process is what matters most, and thats missing.
The biggest disappointment was the payout review process. Instead of receiving a clear explanation backed by technical evidence, the reasons for the review kept changing—from IP address concerns to multiple devices and later Cloudflare-related IP information. Each time I addressed one concern, another was introduced, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. I also did not appreciate the lack of transparency. Despite repeatedly requesting clarification on whether the IP addresses referenced were actual client IPs or infrastructure/Cloudflare IPs, I did not receive a clear technical response. A more transparent and consistent review process would have given me greater confidence in the firm's compliance procedures.

My experience with GFT is something I don't wish any trader goes through. On 1st April I bought a 2-step 100K account with GFT ($229) and they pushed their paylater challenge of the same size. I passed the two accounts and paid for the pay later funded account ($598), so by 14th April I had two funded accounts. 28th was my payout day for the 2-step account and by then I had generated a profit of $5055.05. Upon requesting and waiting, GFT on 30th slapped me with an email denying my payout on grounds of copy trading, saying between 16th and 21st I cop...
