Paid out one payout and then second payout breached my account saying "coordinated group trading activity involving your account" and sent a XL spreadsheet save your money!

I purchased three accounts and previously promoted GOAT Funded Trader positively. When I requested my $6,000 payout, they rejected it, breached my account and accused me of coordinated trading with people I do not know. I completely deny this allegation. I always trade independently, have never shared my account or credentials, never copied or coordinated trades, and have never used a VPN. They cited matching entry and exit times and mentioned shared IP connections, but have not clearly confirmed that my account shared an IP with another trader or provided evidence proving coordination. I have formally appealed and requested the exact trading and IP evidence. I will update this review if they resolve the matter fairly. UPDATE 17.09.26 they have now band me from discord, refused to answer any of emails it seems im getting silenced, i have raised this further with prop firm match who are kindly investigating the case, these are very worrying signs a prop from who denies 6k payout, blocks users from their platform closes their account and refuses payout and wont even respond to emails

Overall I had a good experience with GOAT. I got 2 payouts so far and there were not any problem at all. The conditions, customer care it's ok and the prices are really good. Worth it to try.

Goat Funded Trader is easily one of the best prop firms I have used so far. The dashboard is clean, trading conditions are smooth, and the rules are very clear with fast payouts. Highly recommended for traders

My Payout was denied by GFT, stating that I have done group copy trading...!! which I have not done. They are saying that at the same point some other person has taken the trade which they are considering as copy trading, even though there is 1-5 mins of time difference between my trades and their trades. But, practically many people in the world will take the trades and at some point obviously it will match .! In that case GFT should check Entry, Exit, TP and SL. If it is a group trading, they do keep the same and i challenge none of them will match. My account number: 414226291. Please recheck and unblock my account.

I had a disappointing experience with Goat Funded Trader regarding my payout and account closure. My payout was put on hold and my account was blocked due to an IP address issue. However, I did not log into my account at the time associated with the IP address in question. I have never travelled outside India and I did not use any VPN or VPS. I have already provided GFT with supporting evidence, including relevant trading records, login information and other proof regarding my activity. Despite this, my payout remains unresolved and my account has been blocked. I fully understand the need for security and compliance checks, but I believe the case should be reviewed based on all available evidence rather than solely on an IP address.

I’ve had a pretty good overall experience with GFT so far. The trading conditions have been reasonable, with good spreads and a straightforward set of rules once you take the time to understand them. I also found the dashboard easy to use for monitoring the account and keeping track of progress. Customer support has generally been helpful, although response times can vary depending on the issue. What stood out to me most was that the account setup and evaluation process were quite smooth compared with some other prop firms I’ve tried. The main thing I would recommend is reading the rules carefully, especially anything related to risk management, consistency, and trading restrictions. Overall, GFT has been a solid experience for me so far, and I like the combination of affordable accounts, reasonable trading conditions, and the overall platform.

My experience with Goat Funded Trader has been very disappointing, especially when it comes to customer support and platform issues. I purchased an account and specifically chose MetaTrader 5. However, after receiving the account, I discovered that I could not log in through the official MetaTrader 5 mobile app. Every time I entered my credentials, the login failed. Instead, I was given another link and told that it was MetaTrader 5, but the platform experience was very poor. I was forced to trade through the browser, where trades did not appear on the chart after execution, and sometimes the charts would not load at all. I contacted support and asked to change the platform because the issue was not caused by me, but my request was refused. The customer support was extremely unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service and platform reliability.

Goat Funded Trader — Extremely disappointing payout experience I’m leaving this review because my experience with Goat Funded Trader has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding their handling of my payout. I had a $50K live funded account and requested a payout after meeting the applicable trading requirements. Instead of processing the payout, Goat Funded Trader accused me of participating in group/coordinated trading activity and subsequently restricted my live account. I was trading my accounts manually using my own devices. What concerns me most is the lack of clear, verifiable evidence supporting their accusation. Goat Funded Trader sent me a PDF which they presented as a report supporting the coordinated-trading allegation. However, the document essentially contained account numbers and trading information showing entries, exits, and timing comparisons between accounts. It did not establish any verifiable connection between me and the other alleged accounts. There was no evidence provided showing that I owned or controlled those other accounts, communicated with those traders, shared information with them, or participated in any coordinated trading group. Simply showing that two accounts had trades with similar or relatively close entry/exit times does not, by itself, prove that the account holders were coordinating their trading. One example we addressed involved trades on August 19 where the reported entry times differed by approximately 4.9 seconds, while the closing times differed by approximately 2 minutes and 37 seconds. Those timestamps were presented in the context of their coordinated-trading allegation, but I was not provided with convincing evidence demonstrating an actual relationship or coordination between me and another trader. I also explained that I had been using two phones and could provide evidence of my own device usage. I was prepared to show the relevant information to demonstrate that the trades were made manually by me. My concern is that the PDF they provided does not actually answer the fundamental question: What evidence proves that I was participating in coordinated trading? Account numbers and trade timestamps alone do not establish ownership, communication, coordination, or membership in a trading group. If Goat Funded Trader is going to deny a payout based on such a serious allegation, I believe they should provide evidence that actually connects the alleged accounts to the trader being accused. Instead, my payout was denied and my $50K live account was restricted based on a report that, from the evidence provided to me, did not establish that connection. I am not saying that a prop firm should never investigate suspicious trading. They absolutely have the right to investigate. My issue is with denying a payout based on an allegation that I believe was not sufficiently substantiated with verifiable evidence. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Goat Funded Trader. For anyone considering them, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing their rules regarding trading similarity, coordinated activity, IP/device usage, and payout investigations, and keeping detailed records of your own devices, timestamps, orders, and trading activity. My payout was denied, my live account was restricted, and I was accused of coordinated trading — but the report provided to me did not demonstrate any verifiable connection between me and the other alleged accounts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Goat Funded Trader at this time.

Got my payout denied for "coordinated group trading" and it's honestly a slap in the face to the work and effort I have been putting in. I trade completely on my own, no signals, no group, no copier, nothing. I use the TomTrades strategy which is literally free on YouTube, so obviously a ton of other people trade it too, entries are gonna look similar to other people sometimes, that's not coordination that's just trading the same pair with the same logic as everyone else. When I looked at the actual data they sent me it didn't even back up their claim, entry times weren't consistent at all, sometimes other accounts were before me sometimes after, lot sizes were different, nothing lined up the way you'd expect if this was actually coordinated. Feels like they just flag anything that trades XAUUSD around similar times and call it a day. The worst part is the withdrawal page gets blocked out once you get denied and they block your funded account, so not only was payout denied I no longer have access to trade. Wouldn't recommend until they can actually show real proof instead of guessing based on normal retail behavior. Edit: Saw their reply. If trading manually or using a common strategy "does not automatically exclude an account from a coordinated-trading assessment," then what actually does? What's the difference between "traders using the same public strategy" and "coordinated trading" if the only evidence you're using is that we traded the same pair around the same time? Because that's literally all their log showed. And every time you push back all you get is "we understand this is frustrating but the risk team's decision is final," so the whole appeal process feels like it's just there for show, not because they'll actually reconsider anything. On top of that, it's been 4 days now with two emails sitting completely unanswered, the original reply and a follow-up, so apparently even getting a response isn't guaranteed once they've made up their mind.
