Good Funded is a good prop firm. From helping even newcomers get into trading to offering massive discounts and sales, they’ve made trading more accessible — I got mine for just $17, and I’ll admit I messed up the account myself. The only thing I’d really complain about is customer service, but I think that’s common with most growing firms. It’s hard to actually reach proper support, even when you just want clarification on something already covered in their FAQ. What I liked most about the firm was how accessible they make trading, especially for newcomers. Their discounts and sales are very good, and they give people a real opportunity to get started without needing huge capital upfront. The platform and overall setup are solid, and the rules are clear once you understand them.
What I liked least about the firm was the customer support experience. It can be difficult to reach actual support when you need clarification, even for things already mentioned in the FAQ. The consistency rules can also be challenging at times, although that seems common across most prop firms.

MY payout get rejected without any reason . i have taken a same trade manually with other account as well but that account i have received a payout but this account my payout rejected . it might be a glitch or something becuz of rise maintainence . i send them a mail to risk team but no response . if everything get sort out . i will defineitely edit reviews

It's cheap and most of the time it creates opportunity for trader's lacking money buy a particular account
They should stick to their promises. Like the goat points reward section, they should reward a person in time as they state on their platform, and breaching their own rules. You claim a reward with goat points and believe me, when I say it takes more than two months to get those rewards

Margin Rule
Summary
They said I breached the 80% margin usage rule on my Phase 1 PayLater account (Account No. 514313660). According to the Risk Team's email, my account reached 83.39% margin usage, exceeding the permitted limit by just 3.39%. I fully acknowledge this breach and accept responsibility for violating the rule. I was not attempting to exploit the platform, use prohibited strategies, or engage in any fraudulent activity. It was simply a breach of the margin rule during normal trading activity. The issue is what happened afterwards. I received an official email from Goat Funded Trader's Risk Team stating that they could either provide me with a new Phase 1 account or issue a full refund for my currently active orders and discontinue our collaboration. Before I even replied, I was automatically issued a new Phase 1 account. However, when I contacted support regarding the refund option that had been explicitly offered in writing, I was informed that neither the original challenge fee nor the PayLater fee was refundable under company policy unless I reached the funded stage and received my fourth payout. This is where my concern begins. If refunds are not possible under policy, why was I officially offered a full refund by the Risk Team? If a refund is genuinely available, why is support unable to clearly identify which order is refundable and why has the refund not been processed? As a trader, I accepted my rule violation immediately. What I cannot understand is the contradictory communication that followed. Offering a refund in an official email and then referring to a policy that says no refund exists creates confusion and significantly undermines confidence in the firm's communication and decision-making process.
