Its a really good firm and I've had great experiences with them but I got denied a payout recently and was accused of an inactivity breach and then a multiple login of several accounts on same device breach. Both which are wrong a d I've reached out to the risk team severally via emails and theres been no response.

Summary
I was accused of inactivity rule which normally is 30days but I traded from 8th February to 11th February and thats not up to a 30day no trade streak. I also changed my phone in December and I've been paid afterwards in January but then I got accused of this and it doesn't makes sense.

I have a positive experience with Goatfunded trader, they have a responsive customer support team, fast payout with a tight spread. But the spread on crypto currency and some other currency pair's is a little wide I wish that they can resolve that. Good experience but the customer support was hectic to deal with on there discord channel. GFT can make bots the default for questions and answers scenario with only pecukiar case to human support. That would make the team more effective and improve traders overall satisfaction. Aside that everything else checks out 5 star.
