If you have a problem with your account their support team do help you fix that problem, they are friendly and what I love the most they introduce a thing where by you buy an account then they give you a pay later account that is 2x the one you have and it's a 1step phase account.

The delay when it comes to syncing information from your Mt5 to your dashboard. Hope they fix that soon.

The best part about the firm overall is that they don't have those annoying consistency rules or hidden time limits. There is a draw down error in my account. I got a funded account some days ago. My last two trades were in XAGUSD when two trades remained open my last balance was $ 5,015.sth and my daily drawdown level was $4946.05. The last two trades were opened at 72.507 and 72.322 which had SLs at 72.146 ($36.10) and 72.100 (22.20). Yeah my Sls were hit but my balance should be $4956.sth but they are showing my balance $4945.32. If their system had the glitch why would the trader face it? The price execution
If I had to point out a downside, I’d say the rules can feel a bit strict at times, especially for newer traders who are still adapting to risk management requirements. I really like their pricing plans, especially as a beginner just starting out in funded trading the plans are reasonably priced, accessible, and thoughtfully structured, making it much easier for newcomers to get their foot in the Propfirm Space
The one thing I would like to see improved is their customer support. Response times can be a bit slow at times, and I feel that quicker and more efficient support could make it more overall better experience.
