I am extremely disappointed with this company. I trusted them enough to purchase another account, yet my account has now been wrongfully terminated three separate times. The first termination was explained as a “misunderstanding.” The second was blamed on the 2% rule, even though I was not trading the same instruments. Following a comprehensive review of the account activity, the breach was determined based on a violation of the mandatory Stop Loss requirement. As outlined in our trading rules, a Stop Loss must be placed within 3 minutes of opening a trade or before the position is closed, whichever occurs first. This requirement applies to all trades regardless of position size, instrument traded, trade duration, or whether the trade resulted in profit or loss. We would also like to clarify that the 2% risk rule and the Stop Loss requirement are separate policies within our risk framework. Account reviews and compliance checks are based on trade execution and rule adherence, not on account profitability. The suggestion that rules are enforced differently when traders are profitable is incorrect, as the same compliance standards are applied consistently across all accounts. Regarding your concerns about trade ideas and instrument exposure, all account actions are determined after a detailed review of trading activity, including trade structure, execution timing, risk exposure, and compliance with the agreed trading terms. I edit my review. The slippage issue is now fix and the spread is getting good. The only thing i hope is they need to increase the 30% margin rules to at least 60% to 80% because 30% is too low specially for Scalping. if they do that is they will become one of the great propfirm exist today.
