As per our review, positions identified under a single trade idea collectively exceeded the maximum allowable risk limit defined for your account. Under the 2% Risk Rule framework, the total risk exposure per trade idea must remain within the prescribed limit at all times. In this case, the aggregated exposure exceeded the permitted threshold, resulting in a breach. Please note that under our risk management framework, positions linked to the same trade idea are assessed collectively to ensure that total potential exposure remains within defined limits. This is a key requirement to maintain controlled and consistent risk across all accounts. Since the combined exposure exceeded the allowed limit, the system automatically registered this as a breach in accordance with the trading rules. We would also like to highlight that this assessment is based solely on objective risk calculations derived from execution data and is applied consistently across all accounts to ensure fair enforcement of our policies. The increased allocations after being on PRIME CIRCLE are not very clear, not visible on dashboard. The +5% split under PRIME CIRCLE too, was not reflected directly in dashboard. The PRIME CIRCLE features require updates to improve our experience.

I signed up on one phone under one profile, bought several Hola Prime challenges, and passed five. They paid out my $25k and $50k accounts, but after KYC they breached a $25k account that was in profit, then killed my $100k roughly 5 hours before a ~$4k payout was due. Their reason: one device accessing "multiple profiles." I use one profile and showed proof, yet they refuse to identify those profiles or share any evidence, calling it confidential. Small accounts paid, big one voided at the finish line. Be careful.

Under Hola Prime’s Device Sharing policy, sharing an account or the device used to access Hola Prime accounts is considered a Prohibited Trading Practice and is a violation of our Terms of Service. This policy exists to maintain fairness and integrity across our trading environment, and it applies regardless of whether the account holder intended to share access or not. The breach decision was made based on account access patterns identified during our review and was not related to trading performance or payout eligibility.
