I’ve had a really good experience with InstantFunding.io so far. One of the biggest advantages is their affordable pricing, which makes it much easier to get started without spending a lot. I have one Instant Funding account. No copier, signals, public EA or manager. Login not shared. They matched my XAUUSD trades to two other tickets. My times are correct. Those tickets open and close at substantially different times. I asked for a second-by-second comparison. They never sent it. The IP was first logged on 8 July 2026. I was in Barcelona that day (Europe trip July–August 2026). Hotel / public Wi-Fi / mobile on a Spanish consumer network. No VPS or VPN. On Trustpilot they first wrote that the case was under review and an agent would contact me. On the support ticket, and later on Trustpilot, they said the decision is final, travel is not an exemption, there is no refund, and I am banned from future accounts from the same device, network or region. They also say that IP appeared on five other independently KYC-verified accounts. They have not named those five accounts or shown they are mine. I am not saying they never pay anyone. I am saying they closed 8107219 without producing the time table or the five account numbers, and they used a travel/public-Wi-Fi IP as if I ran six accounts. UPDATE September 7th Instant Funding posted the same template here that they used on Trustpilot. They still have not provided: A side-by-side of my tickets vs the ones they claim I copied (open time, close time, lots, difference in seconds) The five other account numbers The KYC names on those five accounts Any proof that those five accounts belong to me I have one Instant Funding account. I had a serious issue with XAUUSD execution. I placed a 0.05 lot BUY with an SL at 4606.50 and planned risk of around $34, but the trade was closed at 4600.70, resulting in a $62.80 loss and account breach. I contacted Instant Funding and requested execution/tick data to explain the large slippage, but after more than 48 hours I have not received a response. I am requesting an independent review of this case and a transparent explanation of the execution.
