I trade with the5ers and it was quite impressive how the experience was overall was fine. Of course I was once affected with slippage and the support team refunded the loss I made. Overall I would recommend this firm to beginners and a dance.

My experience with this firm became extremely disappointing after the compliance review. I successfully passed the evaluation, traded the funded account profitably, and received my first payout without any issues. However, when requesting my second payout of approximately $4,000, I was required to complete a compliance interview. I fully cooperated throughout the review, provided all requested documents, demonstrated ownership of my accounts and devices, and answered every question during the interview. Despite this, my second payout was denied and my funded account was terminated because the firm claimed that my explanation during the interview did not match trades that had been executed more than a month earlier. In my opinion, expecting a trader to accurately reconstruct every decision, market condition, and discretionary factor behind historical trades several weeks later is unreasonable. Discretionary trading is not a fixed algorithm, and every trade can involve different contextual factors. I requested objective evidence supporting the allegation, such as technical inconsistencies or proof that someone else had traded my account. Instead, the decision appeared to rely primarily on the interview itself. As a result, I lost my funded account and my second payout of approximately $4,000, despite having already demonstrated profitable trading and even receiving a previous payout from the same account. This review reflects my personal experience so that other traders can make an informed decision before choosing this firm.

Great customer service, easy-to-use dashboard, simple rules, great scalability options. Payouts done without any issues. Overall, great firm to work with.

The trading conditions on The 5ers are top-notch, and passing the 10k High Stakes account was a smooth process. My only major complaint is the high swap fees, and the fact that I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my payout. Great firm to trade with, but the withdrawal delays are frustrating.

So far I have only withdrawn from two accounts, although the withdrawal was completed within their estimated timeframe I think they could improve the withdrawal time it's a good prop firm at the moment everything is perfect

The5ers presents itself as a professional prop firm, but my experience has been the exact opposite. My account was falsely disabled due to an incorrect Daily Loss Breach caused by their own system lag. After I contacted support, they investigated the issue, admitted it was a system error, and reactivated my account. However, they refused to remove the losses that were realized only because their system force-closed my trades. Had the false breach not occurred, those trades would have remained within the 5% daily loss limit, and the market later moved in my favor. I am not asking to be compensated for potential profits—I simply don’t accept being charged for losses that were caused entirely by their own technical failure. Admitting the mistake while making the customer pay for its consequences is completely unfair. I expected accountability from a professional firm, but unfortunately that is not what I received.

This is good firm because last 10 years work in market. My honest review is best firm. May any one check the reviews you go and you buy account. The5ers is best
