I'm really happy with the firm and their services are great and genuine. I don't have any concern about their rules and regulations. Spreads are consistently low, execution is fast even during high volatility, and the drawdown and risk guidelines are realistic and trader-friendly.

Recently, my account was flagged for review. I fully respect their security procedures and understand the importance of protecting the platform. I trade manually using my own SMC/ICT strategy. I have never used copy trading, trade copiers, signal services, or account sharing. I also run a YouTube channel called RonakFX with over 3.3k subscribers, where I share my own trading analysis and educational content. I kindly request the Risk Management team to conduct a manual human review of my account instead of relying only on automated detection. I am happy to cooperate and provide any information required, as I have nothing to hide. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm. I spent a lot of time and effort passing both evaluation phases while following what I believed were the firm’s rules. Before trading, I contacted the support team several times to ask whether my trading style, including scalping and larger lot sizes, was allowed. I was repeatedly told that there was no issue as long as I followed the rules, and I have screenshots of those conversations. However, after completing the evaluation, my account was not approved and was later disabled. I was told this was due to “bulk trading,” but I was not given a detailed explanation showing which specific trades violated the rules. What disappointed me the most was the inconsistency. The support team could not explain the decision and referred me to the risk management team. When I tried to contact the risk team for clarification, I was unable to get a satisfactory response. In my opinion, the communication between the support team and the risk management team is inconsistent, and I believe the trading policies should be explained much more clearly before traders purchase an account. I encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully read all of the rules, keep records of every conversation with support, and make their own informed decision based on all available information.

Good trading conditions, but overly aggressive automated bot. Detailed Summary: "I have generally enjoyed my time with The5ers. I successfully passed my evaluation phases trading XAUUSD using my SMC/ICT edge. The spreads and execution are smooth. However, I am currently facing a frustrating issue with their automated risk management system. My accounts were recently 'temporarily halted' by their bot for 'account correlation'. This false flag happened simply because I execute the exact same manual trades on my own two accounts ($5K and $10K) simultaneously. Also, I trade via my mobile network, which uses dynamic IPs (CGNAT), triggering an IP flag. I do not use EAs or third-party copy traders. I even run an educational YouTube channel (ZenithFx) where I actively teach these exact SMC setups. I have emailed their risk team with full transparency, offering KYC and video verification to prove I am an independent retail trader. I am waiting for a human manager to review my case and will update this rating once they resolve this false flag. A good firm overall, but they need to fix their bots from flagging genuine traders."

support team is really quick, paid quick. It's good. I love this firm. They did everything for customer. All rules are fit for everyone who want to try it including newbies.
