i started trading with 5ers due to their trust in the market and they totally failed it i cleared their prop firm withw so hardwork and consistancy of 3 months and passed and got funded and also requested the payout , as i requested the payout the prop firm suddenly changed and blocked my mt5 account for 15 day and after 15 days consuming my all energy they rejected my pay out calling a problem of account ownership which is a totally silly reason to deny a payout please help me

Once upon a time the5ers is a good company i received the payouts as well, now what they did, first they delay payouts more then 20 days as well, I place the payout request more then 2800usd this amount after deduction of 20% of 5ers. So they delayed after that they told me for a interview call i have completed the interview call and Risk team sends me an email that interview is clear and your payout is ready for processed. Again they delayed so every day i send an email to know about the status of my payout. Rather then receiving my payout they send me an email we suspend your account pallanf payout deniel due to unusual trading, i didnt use bots no HFT trading, single trade in a day.

I have been using 5ers for past years and I am satisfied with their service. Rules are crystal clear, trading conditions aren't difficult or confusing. However, in the past 3-4 months there has been a significant decline in customer service. I have to wait in line for like 10-20 mins to speak to a customer care executive even if I am funded. That is what really don't like currently but hope to see them improve it as soon as possible.

Had a great experience with 5ers they have the best spreads and executions on the market never ever had any single issue with them only the customer support is bit slow overall 4/5

I trade with the5ers almost three years. First of all should be mentioned their credibility. I have got payouts two times, without any delays. And each payout guided by 20K bootcamp account. Indeces, which I mostly trade don't have comission fees, which also pleasent bonus

I have successfully passed the High Stakes challenge and received my funded account. The evaluation process was straightforward, and the dashboard is easy to use. Trading conditions on NAS100 have been good so far, and I have not experienced any major issues with execution. Customer support has been responsive when needed. I have already completed the profitable day requirements and I am currently waiting for my first payout. So far, my experience with The5ers has been positive and professional.
