The payout process took a little longer than expected because they were handling a high volume of withdrawal requests at the time. However, throughout the delay, their customer support team remained responsive and kept me updated whenever I reached out. They consistently informed me about the status of my withdrawal and assured me that it was being processed. During the review, they also raised a concern about one-sided trading behavior on my account. Rather than denying the payout, they explained the issue clearly, approved my withdrawal, and advised me to avoid similar trading patterns in the future which I've taken note of and about to request another payout. I have traded the 5k accounts of this prop firm. I liked everything but I have found a little slippage problem during overnight holding. May be its due to rollover period but I think they should check it. Everything else is fine. Though I could not reach the payout phase I have found everything positive as other traders suggest except payout things which I could not reach due to failure. This is one of the great prop firms.

While they advertise 1:30 leverage, this only applies to Forex pairs. For commodities, the leverage is actually 1:1, which is not clearly disclosed. Overall, their leverage terms, customer support, and platform experience were very disappointing. I had to wait three days to receive my Phase 2 account and had to repeatedly follow up with their unprofessional support team.
