My experience with The5ers has been very positive. As a young trader, one of my biggest concerns when joining any prop firm was whether payouts would actually be honored. After successfully passing the evaluation stages and receiving my payout, I can confidently say that The5ers delivered on their promises. I especially appreciate their scaling model, transparent rules, and supportive community. During my trading journey, I also went through a payout review process and an interview with the risk team. The process was professional, and the team gave me the opportunity to explain my strategy and trading approach. After the review, my payout was approved and my funded account was reactivated. What impressed me most was that they treated me fairly and communicated throughout the process. Receiving a real payout gave me confidence that consistent trading can lead to real results. Overall, The5ers has been a great experience for me, and I look forward to continuing my journey with them.

I purchased an account, and the login information arrived via email approximately 20 hours later. During this time, I filed a chargeback with my bank. The account was delivered, and I passed stages 1 and 2. Afterward, they harshly stated that I had a chargeback and that they would close my account if I didn't cancel it. (The initial warning only stated that I needed to cancel it.) I canceled it, but they kept me waiting for three days. Then they said that simply canceling wasn't enough and they needed documentation (they didn't specify the nature of the document). I sent the document, and I was kept waiting for another three days. This time they said the document had to be in English. I sent the English document, and I was kept waiting for two days. Now they're asking for a signed and stamped document, which I also sent, and I've been waiting for another two days. I've worked with perhaps 10 companies, and I've never seen such a disgrace. I have all my email records.

This firm has the best spreads in the propfirm industry. The execution on market was Flawless with Zero spreads on Major Pairs. I have no words for them. You get what you paid.

I have been trading with this firm for a while now, and their trading conditions are absolutely perfect for scalping and liquidity-based strategies like SMC and CRT. The biggest advantage for me is the End of Day (EOD) drawdown and the absence of a strict daily loss limit, which removes a massive amount of psychological pressure. The spreads and commissions are very fair, allowing for comfortable execution even during high-impact news events. Furthermore, the platform integration (especially with Tradovate/TradingView) is seamless and highly responsive. Overall, a highly transparent, reliable, and professional prop firm for serious futures traders.

I bought a futures 25k account and the first week i went into a draw down. The second week i went up to 593. The third week on Monday, when I opened the Blackarrow platform I found running trades that I had not opened. The same continued on Tuesday. I manually crossed them. The dashboard stopped updating any of my trades. I reported the matter to help desk and got a response "have thoroughly reviewed your case, and I can confirm that we were making a migration, but now your account should be synced." However nothing changed. I continued trading mean while there were background trades that I was not able to close on my end. I reached out again on email and it was not responded to. Finally today i got the account is breached. Your trading account 1238185 has reached the permitted max loss limit, according to The5ers’ guidelines. I have not traded today and no trade is open. These guys should not be trusted

They has the most friendly rules, Support is great i've tried hypergrowth once that actually crazy that u double account size every 10% payout up to 4m
