I had been funded with The5ers since 2024 and had generated $4,452.50 in total profits prior to my latest payout request. I used my own custom Expert Advisors that I'd developed, on a personal Darwinex demo account, copied to my The5ers account. When I requested a payout, they flagged "coordinated trading". I gave them a full, detailed explanation showing that all accounts were mine, there was no other trader involved, and everything came from my single master Darwinex demo via my own EAs and copier. I even offered multiple times to do a live video call or screenshare to prove it. The5ers completely ignored everything I said and sent a short, vague termination notice. No specific rule was ever cited. They simply took all my $4,452.50 in accrued profits and terminated the account. This was appalling and completely unfair. Other traders using almost the exact same setup have received regular payouts without issue — this is clearly reflected in The5ers Discord and community discussions. Y

I requested a $982.47 payout after roughly 2 years with the firm and around 16 successful payouts using the same manual strategy. On the same day I requested it, the firm scheduled a verification interview, and I accepted and joined immediately — even joining early. I had nothing to hide: I trade my own account, no one else has ever accessed it, and my instant willingness to do the interview the same day reflects that. At the start of the interview I openly explained that I am a native Arabic speaker and my English is not strong, so I would speak slowly to make sure I understood correctly. I fully cooperated with every request. At one point the interviewer asked me to open MT5 and go through folder after folder; I asked what specifically was needed, and instead of explaining, he simply told me to do as asked, which I did. At the end, I asked him directly whether he needed anything further from me. He said no, thanked me, and ended the call. Despite this full cooperation, both my funded account and a newly purchased High Stakes account were terminated shortly after. I was then given several different justifications for the same decision — each time I refuted one reason, a new and different one appeared — and I was never provided the specific trade IDs or audit log proving any violation. My Discord access was also blocked after I raised the issue. I believe my limited English during the interview was misread as a lack of trading knowledge. But a 2-year clean record, 16 completed payouts, my immediate acceptance of a same-day interview, and my full cooperation all contradict that conclusion — and none of it justifies terminating my accounts or changing the stated reason three times.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm. I spent a lot of time and effort passing both evaluation phases while following what I believed were the firm’s rules. Before trading, I contacted the support team several times to ask whether my trading style, including scalping and larger lot sizes, was allowed. I was repeatedly told that there was no issue as long as I followed the rules, and I have screenshots of those conversations. However, after completing the evaluation, my account was not approved and was later disabled. I was told this was due to “bulk trading,” but I was not given a detailed explanation showing which specific trades violated the rules. What disappointed me the most was the inconsistency. The support team could not explain the decision and referred me to the risk management team. When I tried to contact the risk team for clarification, I was unable to get a satisfactory response. In my opinion, the communication between the support team and the risk management team is inconsistent, and I believe the trading policies should be explained much more clearly before traders purchase an account. I encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully read all of the rules, keep records of every conversation with support, and make their own informed decision based on all available information.
