I bought the 20K 2 steps account and paid $10 extra to get cTrader. On 12th November, there was an unrealistic spike on their price feed which I didn't experience on other brokers and prop firms leading to losses. I talked to support and after a week they said my account had been compensated accordingly but by this time I was already on step 2 so I could not verify if they had done that. On 28th November, the same thing happened. This is besides the CME outage issue. I talked to support, they refused to compensate and offered $25 hub credits. I unwillingly accepted since I had no choice. By the way, I can't see the hub credits on my dashboard. On 22nd December, it happened again but this time the losses caused my account to be breached. I talked to support and they said they can not do trade corrections on cTrader, their solution is to give me a new MT5 account on step 1. Mind you I have other prop firms on cTrader who deposit funds to my cTrader account if there are trade corrections needed when the fault is on their side. I'm being forced to start over again on step 1 which I had already passed and was on step 2. I had also paid $10 extra to get cTrader but I'm being forced to move to MT5. I love cTrader because of certain features that's why I paid for it. If I can't continue on step 2 on cTrader, I want a refund so I can take it to a prop firm I trust. You can not take funds from people then change terms when it suits you. This is totally unfair and unacceptable. I will attach screenshots of my correspondence with their support team.

The5ers has been a reliable prop firm overall. Their customer care is excellent, quick, supportive, and very professional. The payout process is smooth and transparent, always on time without unnecessary delays, which builds strong trust. The dashboard is easy to use, although it could be enhanced with more advanced tools and features for in-depth analysis. Trading conditions are fair, but spreads and execution can sometimes feel a bit tight compared to competitors. Overall, a trustworthy firm with great support and reliable payouts, though with room for improvement in trading conditions.

The5er is a great firm. It has an excellent customer support system which help you out any time you need them. It also has zero Payout denial and has excellent trading conditions with almost zero spread on most of the assets. Overall I'll Rate it 5 out of 5.

Overall prop firm is very good. No hidden Rules. I got paid 5 times. I am using this prop for 1 year. I appreciate their support team. No payout denials. I recommend this prop.
