I purchased the S60K High Stakes challenge and successfully passed the first stage while following all trading rules. Later, due to territorial and compliance restrictions, The5ers stopped providing services to residents of Russia, which made it impossible for me to continue the program. I contacted their support team, explained the situation, and they handled everything very professionally. The team clearly communicated the options and offered a refund, which was processed smoothly and paid out in USDT (TRC20) within the stated timeframe. Overall, my experience with The5ers support was positive. Even though the situation was not ideal, they acted fairly and transparently. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

I passed phase 1 and phase 2 by Jan 8 2025 and they used sumsub for KYC and they reject it. I later used another broker sumsub and they verified me. They only refund me as it is part of their promise once you passed phase 2.

Hello, I want to put together this review because of my great concern when I saw that after being funded and withdrawing constantly for several months and on two occasions with them and my confidence in the company was at its highest point and suddenly one morning it does not let me operate my account and I write to support to which they respond telling me that "apparently I had more accounts linked to mine and that they could no longer continue working with me" I immediately knew that it had to be a mistake and I wrote to them telling them that I was at their disposal to clarify any type of doubt they had about me and that I could demonstrate my naturalness and individuality in my account They never sent me an explanation about the evidence of their accusation and they only cancelled my account this raises many doubts in me about their sustainability and reputation My intention is that we clarify this situation and I can have my account again I am willing to do whatever they require to clarify this situation if they do not do it is really because they want to continue with their arbitrary decision making without caring about the work honored by its funded traders

everything went smoothly as soon as i bought it i got my login info i like the portal platform shows all the details you need plus i love the calendar with all the events going on. When i finished the first challenge i got info for the next in less than a minute very pleased.
