PAYOUT SPEED !! It's GREAT to the point that I would call it INSANE! INSANELY GREAT!
The increased allocations after being on PRIME CIRCLE are not very clear, not visible on dashboard. The +5% split under PRIME CIRCLE too, was not reflected directly in dashboard. The PRIME CIRCLE features require updates to improve our experience.

Their fairness, transparency, and professionalism. They communicate quickly, resolve issues openly, process payouts very fast, and most importantly, they honor their commitments. Even after introducing restrictions for the Vietnamese market, they still processed my payout promptly and fairly, which earned my trust and respect.
The only downside for me is the recent restriction on the Vietnamese market. As a Vietnamese trader, I was genuinely disappointed because I have had a very positive experience with Hola Prime. I understand that business decisions are sometimes necessary, but I sincerely hope Hola Prime will be able to return to Vietnam in the future so more traders can benefit from their services.

My account #86912 was breached for alleged "Device Sharing" just as it was approaching payout eligibility. I have never shared my account, credentials, or device with anyone. I am the sole user of this account. Hola Prime claims my device was also used by other clients, yet no actual evidence has been provided to support this accusation. Coming up with reasons not to provide a payout after providing 1 payout
The lack of transparency and evidence when enforcing violations. My account (86912) was breached for alleged "device sharing" without any proof being provided. As someone who never shared my account or device and was close to a payout, I found the decision unfair and frustrating. What concerns me most is that this is not the first time I've encountered issues shortly before becoming payout eligible. Customers deserve clear evidence and a fair review process when such serious actions are taken.

Resumen
My account (86912) was breached for alleged "Device Sharing" despite the fact that I have never shared my account, login credentials, or device with anyone. I am the sole user of the account and manage all trading activity myself. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that the account was approaching payout eligibility when the breach was issued. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with an account close to payout, which has raised serious concerns for me about the fairness and consistency of the review process. Hola Prime informed me that a device associated with my account had also been used by other clients, but no detailed evidence or proof was provided to support this claim. As a paying customer who has spent a significant amount purchasing accounts, I expected transparency and a clear explanation before such a serious action was taken. The breach resulted in the loss of my account and payout eligibility based on allegations that I strongly dispute, which I believe is unfair and unjustified.

We understand your concerns regarding the account breach and would like to clarify that the decision was not based on your proximity to a payout or any payout-related consideration. Account reviews are conducted based on compliance with our published Trading Rules and risk management policies, which apply consistently to all traders. Following a review of account, our Risk Team identified that a device used to access this account was also used to access other clients’ accounts. Under Hola Prime’s Device Sharing policy, sharing an account or the device used to access Hola Prime accounts is considered a Prohibited Trading Practice and is a violation of our Terms of Service. This policy exists to maintain fairness and integrity across our trading environment, and it applies regardless of whether the account holder intended to share access or not. The breach decision was made based on account access patterns identified during our review and was not related to trading performance or payout eligibility. We understand that such outcomes can be disappointing; however, risk and compliance reviews are necessary to ensure a fair environment for all traders.
