First off, let's talk about their payouts since that's what makes them THE difference maker; under an hour, zero payout denials! HAD MY PAYOUT IN UNDER 5 MINUTES! Though it would be hard to rank between the Customer Support and the payout processing, the main advantage about Hola Prime would be it's payout processing. If you follow the rules, if you don't gamble or go for a 1 hit wonder and trade sustainably and adhere to the rules, once you reach the payout process, it TRULY IS under an hour! Under 5 minutes for me, personally. The trading conditions, specially the slippage and spread when compared to other CFDs firms are relatively better. In times like these where there's 2-3 red folder news, that aren't listed ( like the trump tweets or yen intervention ), slippage and spread can be a MAJOR reason why you either don't enter a winning trade, or lose a trade when it shouldn't have hit your SL during normal market conditions. A singular trade could make or break your account, specially your psychology. Mitigating this should be a priority and Hola offers just that.
Though I'm nitpicking here, the base price for evaluations are a tad bit higher than other firms, but it is compensated with the 2% risk per trade idea or not having any minimum profitable days on phases.

I had max allocation with HOLA Prime and never broke any of their rules. Their maximum allowed risk was 2%, and I was averaging around 1% anyway. Then, in the middle of an active trading session, they suddenly changed my account to a 1% max risk and only notified me with a random email during the day. Unjustified risk to 1% when already risking around 1%
Resumen
HOLA Prime randomly changed my account to a 1% max risk in the middle of an active trading session, knowing I was already trading. I had never broken any rules, and the previous limit was 2%, while I was already averaging around 1% risk. I ended up taking a 1.2% risk without seeing the email, and they used that to breach all of my funded accounts. Changing a trader’s risk limits during a live session with almost no notice feels like a very sneaky way to make them fail. When I asked for a review, I only received generic PR responses. I expected better, but my experience suggests they were more interested in finding a reason to breach my accounts than treating traders fairly.

Dear Txbi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the change to your risk limit and the subsequent account breach. We would like to clarify that the 1% risk limit was introduced as a forward-looking risk-management measure following a review of your funded accounts. It was not imposed because of a previous breach of the 2% rule. The revised limit was communicated to your registered email address before the trades that subsequently resulted in the breaches. Following the change, the affected trades risk carried risk exceeding the permissible limit. Therefore, the breach was correctly applied under our published Trading Rules. We understand that you may disagree with the outcome and understand your concerns regarding the timing and communication of the change. However, the breaches were determined based on the revised risk limit and the trading activity recorded after its implementation. Under Hola Prime’s Device Sharing policy, sharing an account or the device used to access Hola Prime accounts is considered a Prohibited Trading Practice and is a violation of our Terms of Service. This policy exists to maintain fairness and integrity across our trading environment, and it applies regardless of whether the account holder intended to share access or not. The breach decision was made based on account access patterns identified during our review and was not related to trading performance or payout eligibility. They breached my account and unbreached it, after showing me proof of my mistake, I can honestly admit that I really utilized 80% of my margin in a trade I made last July 7. Their customer support and risk team were considerate for just giving me a soft breach.
