Hola Prime is a good trading platform with very flexible and trader-friendly rules. The process is clear and easy to understand, which is very helpful for traders who are new to prop firms, especially for someone like me joining a prop firm for the first time. I also like that the rules are not too strict, so traders can focus more on their strategy and risk management. I’ve actually been trading with Hola Prime since way before they even got listed on Prop Firm Match, so I was super pumped to finally see them on here! What really sets Hola Prime apart for me is the overall environment they’ve built. The rules are transparent, the spreads are excellent, and their customer support is always top-tier. I also have to mention the interview process with Sami Saleh, which was incredibly smooth and pleasant. Plus, their risk team is fantastic, and having a CEO like Somesh Kapuria who actually understands the trader’s perspective makes you feel like you're in safe hands
When it comes to the downsides, there is honestly almost nothing to say. I usually always find something to grumble about with prop firms, but I’ve got nothing but good things to say here. They’ve done such a solid job across the board that there really isn’t anything I dislike about them

Honestly, I can’t speak on their famous 1-hour payouts just yet since I haven’t hit my first withdrawal with them, but I had to drop a review because of how they handle their community. Their support is unmatched. When I had a platform issue, their team went above and beyond by calling me overseas multiple times to troubleshoot, fix it, and compensate me. The representatives across Discord, email, and phone calls are incredibly patient and respectful—something I haven't experienced with any other prop firm.
Nothing major so far. I haven't reached a payout yet, so I can't personally vouch for their 1-hour payout claims just yet, but my experience with their service and platform stability has been great.

Profits Removed Despite Following Every Rule – Arbitrary “Gambling” Accusation

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hola Prime. After successfully growing my funded account while strictly respecting all risk management rules, my profits were suddenly removed and my trading was labeled as “gambling” — despite the fact that: Every trade had a stop loss I never risked more than 2% per trade I respected all drawdown limits The account was never close to blowing All trades were manually executed Their justification was that one winning trade generated most of the profits while several smaller trades were losses. But that is completely normal trading behavior. Professional trading is not about winning every trade — it is about controlled losses and letting winners outperform losers. That is literally how risk/reward strategies work. If this had actually been gambling, the account would most likely have been blown. As outlined in our original communication, the concern on your account was not related simply to losing trades or the presence of one larger profitable trade. Upon review, the account’s net profitability of approximately $2,432 was generated entirely by a single trade that produced roughly $4,607 in profit, while the remaining trades collectively resulted in an overall loss. From a risk and sustainability perspective, a legitimate trading strategy must be replicable in a real market environment and demonstrate consistent performance across multiple independent trades and varying market conditions. In this case, the profitability of the account depended entirely on one isolated high-impact trade rather than a broader pattern of consistent execution. Trading behavior where overall success relies on capturing one exceptional move, while the remaining activity is net negative, is considered non-replicable in a real market environment and aligns more closely with speculative or gambling-style behavior rather than structured trading. Based on this assessment, the activity on the account was classified under our prohibited gambling and speculative trading practices and the account was reset back to its initial balance. These measures are applied consistently to protect the integrity, fairness, and long-term sustainability of the platform for all traders. I really do love working with Hola Prime. They are always great with payouts, customer service, and any troubleshooting that is needed. They care about their clients and you can tell. I've been working with them for about a year now and have had nothing but positive to say about them. I would recommend them if you are looking for a fast, reliable prop firm. I love how reliable this firm is. You can trade with the confidence knowing that the team is there to support you, even when it comes to payouts or any other issues that may come up. The customer service is top notch and there are lots of options for accounts and trading styles.
I was put on 1% for funded accounts, however it seems to help elongate the lifetime of a funded account.

I had a funded account with over $10,000 available for payout. My payout was denied based on the firm’s interpretation of their 2% risk rule on XAUUSD positions. The evaluation process was straightforward, the dashboard was easy to use, and customer support was generally responsive. I was also able to generate profits on the account without issues related to execution.
My biggest concern was the application of the 2% risk rule and the lack of transparency surrounding the breach determination. Resumen
My account was flagged for allegedly exceeding the firm’s 2% risk rule on XAUUSD positions. The trades were part of the same trade idea and were actively managed through partial closes and position reductions. I disputed the assessment because my understanding was that reducing exposure through partial closures lowered risk rather than increased it. I requested a detailed calculation showing how the breach was determined, but I did not receive a transparent breakdown explaining how the partial closes were counted or how the total exposure exceeded the limit. As a result, my payout of approximately $10,343 was denied.

After purchasing a 10000 instant funded for a mere £106, my experience with hola prime has been astounding. There customer care is second to none with responses from the team coming through email/ discord/ web chat almost immediately every time. The only slight downside is the 20% consistency rules which I understand is the norm with instant but it is sometimes annoying. There payout process is sublime- having requested a payout it took about 15 minutes to be approved and into my bank and most importantly I can go back trading as opposed to waiting.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I trusted them enough to purchase another account, yet my account has now been wrongfully terminated three separate times. The first termination was explained as a “misunderstanding.” The second was blamed on the 2% rule, even though I was not trading the same instruments. This requirement applies to all trades regardless of position size, instrument traded, trade duration, or whether the trade resulted in profit or loss. Account reviews and compliance checks are based on trade execution and rule adherence, not on account profitability. The suggestion that rules are enforced differently when traders are profitable is incorrect, as the same compliance standards are applied consistently across all accounts.
