Seriously, how does taking multiple SELL positions on XAUUSD automatically become “One-Sided Betting”? If my strategy gives me a SELL setup, am I supposed to randomly open BUY positions just to make my trading look “balanced”?

Dear Wlat, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We would like to clarify that the decision regarding your account was not based on the fact that you were profitable. Accounts are reviewed against the same applicable Trading Rules and Prohibited Trading Practices, regardless of their performance. We also understand your question regarding whether taking multiple SELL positions on XAUUSD automatically constitutes “One-Sided Betting.” To clarify, traders are not required to randomly open BUY positions simply to create a balanced trading history. The assessment is based on the overall trading behavior and pattern of directional exposure, rather than the fact that a trader has taken multiple positions in the same direction alone. In this case, our Risk Team identified a repeated pattern of one-sided betting on XAUUSD, where multiple SELL positions were consistently executed within a short period. The assessment was based on the overall pattern of trading and the directional exposure demonstrated during the reviewed period, rather than the outcome of any individual trade. Such concentrated and repeated exposure in a single direction can indicate a speculative trading approach where the account's performance is predominantly dependent on one directional market outcome. Based on the characteristics of the trading activity reviewed, the account was determined to violate our Prohibited Trading Practices. We understand that you may not agree with this assessment. However, we would like to assure you that these policies are applied consistently and uniformly to every trader, irrespective of the account's performance or profitability. The action was therefore taken as a result of the identified trading pattern, which was determined to constitute a Prohibited Trading Practice under our Trading Rules, and not because you generated a profit or requested a payout. I've been impressed with Hola Prime so far. I appreciate the transparency and how clear the evaluation rules are, and I like how they give discount codes whenever you do fail a challenge. We would like to clarify that the decision regarding your Hola Prime account was made in accordance with the applicable Trading Rules and Prohibited Trading Practices, regardless of whether an account is profitable or unprofitable. We have carefully reviewed the points you raised regarding the five profitable trades mentioned in your correspondence. The trade identified in our review was the highest-profiting trade and its impact on the account’s resulting profitability is particularly significant. Compliance with the applicable PTPs is not determined simply by counting the number of profitable trades. The assessment considers the overall trading activity, the distribution of profits, and the extent to which the account's resulting profitability depends on particular high-impact outcomes. As stated in our Prohibited Trading Practices trading activity must demonstrate consistent profitability across a meaningful number of trades. If more than 60% of the account’s overall profit is derived from a single trade idea, trading session, or isolated outcome, such activity will be classified as speculative trading. Accordingly, the assessment is based on the overall characteristics and distribution of the trading activity, rather than simply on whether there were multiple winning trades. We also want to clarify that recovering previous losses through subsequent profitable trading is not prohibited. Traders are permitted to recover losses through profitable trading. The concern in this case relates specifically to whether the resulting trading performance meets the requirements of the applicable PTPs and demonstrates consistent and appropriately distributed profitability. Our team has already provided you with the relevant explanations, supporting details, and calculations regarding the assessment through our email communication. These emails were intended to clearly explain the basis of the decision and how the applicable rules were applied to your trading activity. Following your request, the matter was also reviewed by the relevant Risk & Compliance Team. We have taken your arguments into consideration, including your comments regarding the separate profitable trades, but the review did not identify grounds to change the original decision. We understand that you may disagree with the conclusion. However, the decision was made based on the applicable rules. For me the 2% risk per trade rule is the number one attraction because I belief that training myself to make it a key part of my trading culture and discipline is what would make me the successful trader that I want to be. Also, to manage the problem of over-trading, I love the consistency rule on the on-demand account, which is why this account option is my preferred one.
Honestly, I think everything about Hola Prime is good enough for anyone who is interested in trading the forex market. I would only suggest to the company to consider and option on the account profile that would allow customers who want to permanently hide their lost accounts history on the dashboard. I personally do not like to see them all the time.

I really liked about the zero waste time of getting to the next time when you pass each phase, for example when you pass phase 1 then you get the phase 2 immediately and likewise when you pass phase 2 then you get the funded account immediately with the contract and the KYC so that is the best part I liked this prob frim
I didn't like the fact when you reach funded account they have 3 profitable day and you need to achieve at least 0.50% of your initial balance account which forces you to trade 3 different days
